
In order to further the construction of the “four roads”, the relevant departments such as the “four roads”, the “clean, clean, shu, mei, safe” road area environment, the further upgrading of road traffic capacity and service levels, the creation of a safe, orderly and civilized and harmonious traffic environment, the upgrading of the overall service function of roads and the improvement of urban and rural habitat. In recent days, major road area environmental rehabilitation operations have been carried out in accordance with provincial and municipal requirements for integrated road area environmental rehabilitation。

Prior to the operation, the regional transport and communications department, in conjunction with the relevant departments, carried out a public information campaign on the streets of the county and in the townships and sub-districts and enterprises, distributed over 300 leaflets, 500 brochures, 300 brochures, 30 banners, enhanced publicity methods, made full use of the various media to disseminate information on the importance of the project, and created a good working climate for it and facilitated its successful implementation。

This operation covered all state and county roads in the county area, including non-road signs (postboards), illegal buildings in the area controlled by road construction (ground structures), sub-bridge space management, road-related construction, illegal occupation, etc. To date, special operations have resulted in a cumulative total of 120 law enforcement personnel and staff members, 30 law enforcement vehicles, 5 barrier-clearing vehicles and 3 mechanical equipment; the removal of 62 non-road signs (placards), the clearance of more than 173 banners on the sidewalk trees on both sides of the road, the removal of 18 road obstacles, over 500 cubic metres, and the issuance of 12 corrective orders; and the detection of more than 80 illegal overloading vehicles。

As a result of this joint operation, non-road signs (placards) along the county-wide highways have been effectively managed, illegal buildings (ground structures) in the areas controlled by road construction have been successfully repaired, under-bridge space has been well managed, road surfaces have been perfected, illegal overload vehicles have been treated with remarkable success, and road traffic accidents have been effectively curbed and illegal traffic has ceased to exist。

The head of the transport and communications department of the innocence hills region described the next step as an opportunity to establish a long-term mechanism for the special management of the road environment, to strengthen day-to-day monitoring and centralization, to consolidate and sustain the results of the management, to create an open, safe, comfortable and aesthetic transport environment, to increase risk screening, to take vigorous measures to eliminate security hazards, to create a good road environment throughout the county and to enhance the people's sense of access, happiness and security.
