In follow-up to the circular of the office of the state council on the effective strengthening and regulation of the administration of road maintenance fees before the officialization of the fuel tax (unoe 2006) no. 103) and the ministry of transport's circular on further regulation of the regulation of road maintenance fees (for road distribution [2007] no. 111) requires that, in the light of the actual situation in the city, the revised scope of exemption for road maintenance fees in the city be notified as follows:
1. Party organs at all levels, democratic parties and people's groups above the district level (including district offices) are provided with five seats and less than five seats (including driver's seats, the same as) for their own minibuses, jeeps and side three wheels and two-wheeled motorcycles, in accordance with official state standards。
2. Vehicles owned by embassies and consulates of various countries and international organizations based in china (“by means of” type plates”)。
