How do welders fail to maintain, and welders inevitably fail in their use
Let me introduce you today to the common malfunctions of the welders and the maintenance methods。

Welding power damage. When welding is accompanied by high currents and high voltages, overflow protection occurs when welding currents exceed 20 per cent of the rated values, resulting in the automatic cutting of power from circuits. In addition, excessive welding can cause overflow. Therefore, in our use, we should minimize the time spent running on board in order to avoid overflows。
Short circuits. The temperature of the surface of the metal is increased by the heat of the arc burning, resulting in the oxidation layer of the surface of the melting tank, which forms a pit, which is called burning. If welding continues at this time, it causes overheating of the metal and burns (i. E. Heat cracks) and explosions in serious cases. So we have to constantly check the surface of the melting pond and weld it in time for the pit to be found。
3. Poor exposure. Poor exposure results in greater pressure between the head and the parent line, which affects the speed of silk delivery, does not even send silk, or is difficult to quote, leading to weld disruption. At that point, we can re-integrate the faults of our heads; or we can replace new ones。
Fake. There was a slight leakage of electricity between the two wires because of the looseness of the connection between the electrical orphan and the parent line, or because of the damage to the connection, which resulted in the failure of the line to perform normal welding. In this case, we can tighten the loose interface and strengthen it or reconnect it. In the case of damage, immediate repairs are required。
