Buying a car makes it difficult to keep a car, and many of the owners know it. In particular, the maintenance and repair of cars at the 4s store, which is only a routine check, and the final billing can always add up to a large number of items; while it is a minor problem, it is said that it has to be overhauled, and it costs hundreds of thousands of dollars。
It's not that we don't know about cars, it's the 4s that's too deep. Many of the words are designed specifically for ordinary car owners, using your mind of being afraid of injury, danger and trouble, and making you willing to pay. Today, all the five vehicle repair kits that 4s would never have volunteered to tell you were the dry stuff that had been summed up by the schoolmaster and the old car owner for years, saving at least half of the money。
The first most common set is over-maintenance and early maintenance。
Almost all the owners of the car have heard this phrase: "teacher, your oil is dark, and it has to be changed immediately, or the opportunity to pull the tank." "the air filter core is so dirty that it doesn't change the power, it costs gas." "the air-saving door should be washed, and it will shake and accumulate."

The truth is that the blackening of the oil does not mean that it does not work; that the air core can continue to work when blown; and that tens of thousands of kilometres of air-saving doors are enough to wash once. But in order to increase the value of production, 4s will reduce the life cycle of all projects by 5,000 km of oil, and 20,000 km of cleaning and cleaning. A process is coming down, you get sick, you get rich。
Second set: the smallness is exaggerated, the smallness of the disease is overhauled。
It's one of the worst. For example, the car is just a light permeation, and the maintenance master will tell you: “the oil seal is completely broken and the engine is no longer being repaired”; the brakes are only slightly worn and say, “the speed will fail at the limit”; the battery voltage will be a little lower, and it will have to be replaced immediately”。
A lot of car owners panic when they're safe. In practice, minor seepage oil is not treated at all, brakes have a wear and tear scale, bottles have professional tests, most of which require only observation and no cost for replacement. The 4s store was to catch the owner of the car, fearing trouble, and magnify the small problem indefinitely, and finally replace a bunch of spare parts that had not been replaced。
The third set: the consumption of bundling and the compulsory packing of projects。
For maintenance purposes, the receptionist rarely gives you the option of “maintenance packages”: oil filtration + air-conditioning cleaning + engine maintenance + oil & road cleaning + glass water full and a package is more cost-effective。
It sounds cheap, but most of it is useless. Engine protection agents, clean roads, air conditioning depth maintenance are essentially iq taxes for domestic vehicles and normal maintenance is not required. 4s tied up high-profit projects into a package, making you think you're taking advantage of it and paying for a bunch of useless services。
Fourth set: replace it with nothing, and it'll always be nothing。
This is the most common sub-rule in the industry. For example, when a window lift is broken, it's just a little electric or card button failure that can be fixed for dozens of dollars, and the 4s store simply tells you, "the whole lift is worth hundreds." for example, sensor failure requires the replacement of the entire module; the shock-mitigator leaks only in isolation。

The reason for this is simple: repair, time-consuming, low profit; in exchange, much easier. For them, the replacement of spare parts is more efficient and better than repairing them, so whatever is broken, the uniform calibre: it cannot be repaired, it can only be replaced. A lot of drivers don't understand it, but they pay a lot of money for it, and they spend hundreds of dollars on it。
Fifth set of routes: original plant fittings swung and harvested at high cost。
“we are all original plant parts, of guaranteed quality, and the outside parts are not safe.” that's almost 4s。
The truth is that many vulnerable items, such as air cores, air-conditioning cores, rain scratches, brakes, are not needed at all, and large brand by-products are of full quality, at only one third of the price of 4s. Moreover, some of the spare parts, the original plant and the secondary plant came from the same production line, with different labelling. 4s uses the word “original plant” to create anxiety and to double the price of spare parts to make you feel that you would be injured without the plant。
To be honest, 4s is not impossible, and factory quality assurance, professional equipment, formal processes are indeed more reassuring than roadside stores. But comfort does not amount to blind consumption, and it is the set, not the formal service, that we avoid。
As the owner of the car, remember three words:
First, only maintenance projects as required in the vehicle manual are performed and all additional recommendations are rejected
Secondly, those who say “dangerous, dead, failed” calm down and ask two more questions before deciding
Third, it can't be fixed, it can't be exaggerated, it can't be taken away from anxiety marketing。

Cars should never have cost so much. We love cars, but that does not mean that we have to be cut in the way; we value safety, but we need to know the truth。
Put these in your mind. Next time you go to the 4s, no one can fool you. Saving money is not petty, it's not unfair, it's not iq tax, it's clear to me, it's safe to drive。
