Application for maintenance of printing equipment
Printing equipment plays a crucial role in day-to-day office or learning life. The proper operation of printers is a key factor in the smooth running of work and learning, whether it involves printing important documents, learning materials, job reports, contracts, etc. There are a number of problems with the printing equipment that we currently use, which requires urgent maintenance, so we apply for it。
Our printing device started with cardboard. This is a rather vexing problem, and every time a cardpaper occurs, the paper is stuck somewhere inside the printer. In some cases, the paper is stuck at the entry point and cannot continue to be printed deep inside the printer. This may be a problem with paper rollers, which may be worn over long periods of time, resulting in insufficient friction to bring the paper smoothly into the printer. Sometimes the paper is stuck somewhere in the printing process, either near the selenium drums or near the outlet. Paper that is stuck near americium drums may cause damage to americium drums, affecting the quality of the printing, such as in the case of a yarn or ambiguity. The delivery of paper is such that a good portion of the paper already printed cannot be fully exported, causing waste of paper and delays in time。
Ink cartridges for printing equipment also appeared. The colour of the printed file becomes dim and some of the colours are almost impossible to show. This indicates that the ink in the cartridges may be running out or that there is congestion in the cartridges themselves. If ink is insufficient, the ink needs to be replenished or replaced in a timely manner. But the problem of congestion is more complicated. The congestion may be due to the drying up of the ink at the head inside the cartridge, which resulted in the normal ink being sprayed. In such cases, simple cleansing may not solve the problem and may require professional tools and techniques for communication. The connection to the print device is also not stable. There are frequent disconnections from computers. This may be due to the ageing of connections or the looseness of interfaces. When printers are disconnected from computers, we cannot do normal printing. It is not only a waste of time, but also a great inconvenience for us when there is an urgent need to print the document, that there is a need to re-plug the link or to restart the printer and the computer to try to restore the connection。
In terms of overall efficiency, our printing has become inefficient because of these problems. A print job that could have been performed quickly may now take several times more time because of cardboard, cartridge or connection problems. For the office, this may affect the advancement of the entire workflow, resulting in the timely delivery of documents to the persons concerned and affecting decision-making and the conduct of business. For students, access to learning materials is also delayed, affecting learning progress。
