One is that some auto producers' information files are publicly irregular. On the one hand, there are gaps in the content of information filed by individual producers, missing items, etc. For example: 40 auto producers have incomplete information on car types, 36 car producers have incomplete 4s stores. On the other hand, there are a small number of car producers with irregular content in three packages. For example, the three packages of certificates indicate that the main parts of a vehicle are of less variety than the national standard requirements, that the loss-prone parts, the special parts are of a wider range than the national standard " scope of the three packages of main parts and the three packages of documents " , etc。
The second is that some car operators provide for a three-pack exemption. For example, some car producers have added to their accompanying documents, such as the maintenance manual, “consumers can only maintain 4s stores without assuming three packages of responsibility”, and some car 4s stores have placed similar “conditions” in their contracts for the purchase of vehicles, which go beyond the three-pack exemption provided for in the three packs of cars and infringe the legitimate interests of consumers。
