The cold air hit the country at the end of the year, with the coldest tide, which swept the country through 80 per cent of the country, with a wide range of cooling and rain and snow, and temperatures below 0°c; there have recently been some instances of customer reaction batteries being used. In a low-temperature environment and in order to ensure better maintenance performance during vehicle use, the mima forklift batteries provide the following winter maintenance guidelines to a wide range of clients:
I. Lithium batteries of forklifts
1 forklift lithium batteries need to be kept in the range of 80-90%, with adverse effects if they are stored over a long period of time under full discharge。
2. In low-temperature environments, vehicles need to be charged immediately after use in an environment above 0°c, making full use of the remaining temperature during battery discharge (low-temperature areas, recommended for procurement with heating)。
3. In case of low power, stop and stop, as much as possible, after-charge storage, and when low temperature protection is not sufficient to charge, the battery must be used to reheat and charge。
4 in the event that a vehicle is permanently stored during the holiday period, it is requested that the battery capacity be checked in a timely manner, that it be fully charged and that the forklift be completely shut down and that the vehicle be replenished at 30-day intervals。

Ii. Lead-acid batteries for forklifts
1. Forklift lead-acid batteries are to be stored in houses above 0°c when they are not required, before being stored, they are cleaned externally, power is sufficient and power switches are shut down。
2. In winter, electrolyte is dangerous when 50% of the battery is discharged. The electrolyte consists of water and sulphuric acid, and the higher the amount of sulphuric acid in the electrolyte, the higher the weight of the electrolyte and the lower the temperature of the electrolyte ice。
3. The temperature of the electrolyte has a significant impact on the capacity of the battery, with a reduction of approximately 1. 2% in ambient temperatures of 1°c (standard 25°c). For this reason, to increase the temperature of the electrolyte, the forklift should be parked in the room or the batteries should be moved to the room above 0°c。
4. The inclusion of retort water in the battery shall be even with the electrolyte. If it doesn't mix in time, the distilled water floating on top of the electrolyte will freeze. For this purpose, retort water should be added to the batteries during the winter, with care to be taken to add retort water only after it is full of electricity, so that the electrolyte and distillation water can be quickly mixed and no ice will be frozen。
