On 29 may, lenoret officially launched the world's first solar tablet collector, the black light plant. The plant is a truly intelligent production base for “full-process unmanageable, flexible production, product life cycle management, global data interconnection”, with a 100 per cent automation rate, 30 seconds/top-to-polymers and an annual production of millions of collectors。
The director of lenorit said that the inauguration of the new plant marked the official launch of china’s solar energy generation into the “black light age” and the completion by lenoret of the smart manufacturing upgrade of solar, air-energy, digitalization, visualization and intelligent control of production processes, further improving product quality and production efficiency, and creating new poles for smart manufacturing in the new energy industry。

It is understood that the design of the line from the lenoret solar plateau plateau “black light plant” is currently being refined, with nine robotics and six drones, seven critical mass auto-gatherers, four ai visual testing posts, and the automated distribution of agv for full-scale precision intelligent logistics, resulting in unautomated production of the entire production process。

In the area of global data connectivity, an intelligent manufacturing paradigm of “data-driven, transparent and visible, full-trace” was developed through the in-depth integration of scada (data acquisition and surveillance control system), mom (manufacturing operations management system), wms (storage management system), sap (enterprise resource planning system) and intelligent logistics systems。

Economists noted that, while the black light plant was in production, linorett had launched a series of “good” air energy products to meet market demands for efficient, energy-efficient, comfortable and environmentally friendly products。
It is estimated that this series of products saves up to 70 per cent of annual electricity costs and achieves the consumer value of “one input long-term benefits” in conjunction with a 12-year quality assurance system for core components. In the post-sale service chain, linorett simultaneously upgrades the “good service system” to provide 12 years of exclusive passenger service routes and 48 hours of home service with vip benefits, which means that users can enjoy more than 4,300 days of free service cycle, significantly reducing the cost of full life cycle use。
