By consensus, the parties shall select party b as the fixed repair enterprise for the repair and maintenance of their own vehicles and shall enter into the following contract with party b in respect of the fixed repair in respect of which this contract is based on fair, voluntary and honest credit:
Scope of vehicle maintenance
1. The repair and maintenance of vehicles is normal and routine, and includes maintenance of vehicles below level ii (including level ii), minor repairs, replacement of perishable items, annual vehicle inspection maintenance, tyre replacement and waxing of vehicles。
2. Maintenance of vehicle damage caused by irreversible natural disasters or accidents under the contract is outside the scope of the maintenance provided for under this contract, except in cases where the quality of repair is due to b。
Ii. Vehicular repair and handover procedures
A side-by-side lead arrangement. After the completion of the vehicle maintenance obligation on the side of b, the fixed maintenance settlement list is printed and sent to the repair unit for review。
Iii. Service requests
1. Party b shall perform routine maintenance works on all vehicles under this contract as they enter the plant and complete the repairs on that date (except in exceptional circumstances)。
2. If a vehicle under this contract is unable to enter the plant due to a long-distance failure, party b shall, upon receipt of a report from party a, make a timely decision to assign personnel or to provide close maintenance and notify party a, and the resulting maintenance materials and hours of work shall be borne by party b (within the scope of the day-to-day repair and maintenance) and shall involve the removal of the vehicle, the payment of a fine, the cost of food and accommodation, etc., at the party's own expense。
3. If the special vehicle type is unable to perform detection repairs, the latter shall be dealt with in consultation with a, which shall bear the cost of maintenance, such as maintenance materials, working hours, etc., for the contract repair plant, routine non-maintenance range and other costs。

4. In the event of re-engineering of vehicles, priority should be given to repairing them and to identifying the reasons for which, in the case of maintenance quality problems, the cost would be borne by party b; in the case of party a, the cost would be borne by party a。
Maintenance requirements
1. The vehicles repaired by b meet the quality management requirements established by the vehicle maintenance industry。
2. B. Ensures the integrity and quality of spare parts used in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and strictly prohibits the use of false spare parts. To improve maintenance procedures, the collection of essential spare parts for vehicles should be signed by the user representative and the driver, and party b should not use improper means of replacing spare parts with money or goods to the detriment of party a。
This contract already includes the replacement of car tyres, which in principle are set at 50,000 kilometres. In general, tyre replacement must be consistent with the original tyre brand, specifications and model. The replacement of tyres must be carried out by the head of the owner's office, the driver and the relevant enterprise personnel, and a certification report must be issued。
Car waxing should not be less than once a month。
Responsibility for non-compliance
1. In order to ensure that b is able to complete its vehicle repair and maintenance tasks on time, b is willing to pay 5 per cent of the total cost of the maintenance contract as a quality assurance fund, which will be settled at the end of the year on the basis of a user's payment notification。
