Contents of maintenance services

Ii. Maintenance costs and payment modalities

Duration of maintenance services

Iv. Quality assurance
4. 1 b shall ensure that the maintenance services it provides meet the requirements of a and industry standards。

Responsibility for non-compliance
5. 1 any breach of this contract by either party resulting in impossibility of performance of the contract or loss to the other party shall be liable for breach of contract
