According to public information, the newspaper gansu school of administration is an academic journal of philosophy and social sciences sponsored by the head of the gansu provincial school of administration of the communist party. It was created in 1992 under the original name modern administration, published and made more public in 1999. It is the source journal of the chinese index of social sciences (csci), the core journal of the ami comprehensive evaluation of the chinese journal of social sciences, and the core journal of the chinese centre for scientific evaluation and research (rccse)。
