At the same time, attention should be paid to realism, increasing the review power, selecting reviewers should adopt a combination of internal and external approaches, selecting highly competent and highly motivated senior editors within themselves, hiring external experts from older editors who have retired or from other fields outside the industry, making sure that they become full-time review editors, paying attention to the professional composition of reviewers covering as much as possible the main publication areas of the organization, making arrangements for review missions that ensure that professional counterparts are effectively given the right to review。
