The plan for expropriation of state land in 2024 has been approved by the municipal people's government and is being issued. The county (municipal) district governments are requested to organize, in strict compliance with the regulations on the acquisition and compensation of houses on state-owned land (state council decree no. 590) and the regulations on the acquisition and compensation of houses on state-owned land in jinzhou (city government decree no. 3), in a public and fair manner and in accordance with the principles of decision-making democracy, due process and disclosure of results, and in accordance with the law, to organize the expropriation of houses on state-owned land in 2024。
