- work experience in overhauling, repairing and maintaining chemical equipment in chemical enterprises for more than five years
- proficiency in the design and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as distillation towers, mixers, exhaust gas absorbers and commonly used instrumentation equipment
- basic mechanical or electrical knowledge, with priority given to persons with relevant learning experience
