No problems were identified from the appearance check, several usb interfaces were not broken down or broken, and there were no foreign objects in the usb interface。
Then open it
The laptop's batteries are still external, so they need to be removed first. And it's about that time that the notebook batteries were slowly converted to built-in, using a soft-packed lithium ion battery, and no longer using a triple lithium 18650 battery。
The notebook is to be removed, it is to be put upside down on the desktop, and all you have to do is take off all the fixed screws on your back and take off the d-shell。
The pv position of the notebook is reserved, but there are no openings left on the d-shell, at which point the notebook will be replaced with a different series of notebooks。
After dismantling the engine, you can observe the circuit. The notebook is special, the power interface is 2. 5 needles, which are connected to the main plate by wire, not directly welded to the main panel。
This notebook has a special screen interface position, most of which is close to the screen axis. And this went straight to the 2. 5 inch hard drive, to the touchboard position of the notebook, and the screens went around several times。
First question, no trigger, no turn on
A tester, measuring 19v to the main panel. Press keyboard voltage with 3. 3 v voltage. Press the switch, no trigger。
In accordance with the usual rules, the cr2032 battery is first buttoned to measure voltage, 3. 135 v, normal。
Wait a few minutes to load the battery, press the switch, it's activated, and i thought it was a leak, so simple。
The second problem, memory tests are not enough
But after a while, the screen was still dark. Look down and find that capslock's instructions are starting to blink, three times at a time, in such a loop。
In the light of experience, this failure code should be an incomplete memory initialization, i. E., a poor memory contact or a poor cpu contact。
It was observed that the notebook had two rams, one of four gs, and one of eight gs, which was installed 23 years later. Whatever it is, remove the memory and use rubber to clean up the memory gold fingers。
The third question is, the liquid crystal screen is not bright
The memory is on again, and this time the light is off, but the screen is still not on. The external monitor was not bright, even without back light。

Trying to touch the cpu and the graphic cards with your hand, it's already hot, making sure the computer works。
The cpu fans were turned and capslock light was switched, which already indicates that the computer is functioning properly。
+19v, +5v, +3. 3v are used to measure the electrical pressure of the terrestrial screen interface。
In many repairs, it is difficult to find a single notebook with multiple malfunctions, unless it is water in or large parts are burned or there is human failure。
Now it's just the screen. Is there a problem with the screen
Now the laptop screens are pretty good. They're all buttoned up. This type of notebook also uses two fixed screws, removes the screws, and pulls the b-shell off with one little button。
The laptop screen at this time also uses super thin led screens, but also uses four fixed screws that are attached to a shell. And now the laptop liquid crystal screens use glue structures, and there's no screw。
After removing the lcd panel, the screen is removed to determine that the lcd screen of this type uses the 30p interface. In the preceding three or four years, the led lcd panel had been using the 40p interface。

Fourth problem. External battery failure

I used a universal meter to measure the moment the laptop went through, and the battery had a high voltage of more than 8v between negative poles, but fell immediately. This means that there was a charge action at the moment of the charge, but for some reason the charge was stopped。
If there's one new problem after another, who meets the big one. Especially when the battery's not charged
