At the third stop of “questions and answers” we interviewed the deputy secretary-general of ka-sun county and the governor of the county, tsui xiyang。
Q: how do you do? What kind of report card was delivered over the past year? What's the most satisfying thing
Response: the past year has been a significant one in the history of ka-sun's transformation in development, which was officially included in the long triangle eco-green development model. This year, in the face of a complex and volatile external environment and the strategic opportunities of twin-modeling, we kept our political and strategic focus, focusing on the theme of the “strength of the year at the demonstration point”, and focused our efforts on industrial upgrading, project advancement, urban construction, green development, health and the “five strikes of the five”, promoting economic and social development in the implementation of our national strategy, handing over a high-scoring report card and evaluating the city-wide accountability system for three consecutive years. The report card is mainly “four more”:
1. The economy is stronger. The first is the steady increase in economic aggregates. The total value of regional production was 62. 680 billion yuan, an increase of 7. 3 per cent; total fiscal revenue amounted to 11. 1 billion yuan and general public budget revenue amounted to 6. 78 billion yuan. Second, industrial development brings efficiency gains. The implementation of an active employment policy, which promotes employment assistance for key population groups, has resulted in the creation of more than 25,000 new urban workers; the establishment of three model home-based old-age care centres in the first public-sector residential care centre throughout the province; the rehabilitation and upgrading of 10 home-based old-age care centres; and the increasing well-being of the elderly。
3. The ecological background is more beautiful. The fight for green development has been successful, with an air quality of 83. 8 per cent and a drinking water source of 100 per cent. One is the marked improvement in the urban and rural environment. A strong impetus was given to the creation of civilized cities throughout the country and to the rehabilitation of the rural habitat, with the construction of the yao mau pea-based fishing landscape, the creation of a provincial model village by tiancai, and the achievement of a target rate of over 92 per cent in su mei village. 4. More efficient social governance. The project is continuing to deepen the construction of the "peace and peace" project, which will mark the third highest in the province and win the first star in the province. The first is to improve the mechanisms for conflict resolution. An integrated social governance service centre at the district level has been set up to resolve disputes among the population and to achieve “no more than one run”. Second is the strict suppression of violations. In order to further the fight against corruption, the experience of the “zi'an district” and the construction of joint police stations have been disseminated throughout the country. The third is to make every effort to reduce security risks. The number of traffic fatalities declined by 12. 5 per cent throughout the year, further to the road safety conference. The strict implementation of the responsibility for safe production has resulted in a 27. 3 per cent decrease in the number of victims of safe production accidents。
The past year has seen encouraging achievements in ka-sun county, one of the most satisfying of which has been the new results of the construction of the ka-sun industrial platform, with a stronger foundation for high-quality development. In particular, we have developed, in partnership with the china-china new group, a new and innovative modern industrial park with a total planned area of about 16. 5 square kilometres, with a total investment of about $20 billion, an upgraded sioux state industrial park, a long triangle, an influential and competitive national and global intellectual sensory valley, and one of the seven new industrial platforms that the province has focused on. Last year, my county's high-level starting point prepared 16 detailed plans for control and industrial development planning. At the same time, infrastructure has been accelerated, 10,000 acres of land have been reclaimed and a network of “twice” main roads has been established. The project has led to the establishment of a multi-billion-scale smart sensory industries fund, which has successfully introduced 10 projects, such as a new optical ring network, with a total investment of over $15 billion。

Response: the secretary-general emphasized that “the chances of peace are always alive and the chances of overcoming them are opportunities”. The “dangerous” aspect, combined with the fact that the outward-looking economy is well developed and that enterprise development is currently affected more by the extraterritorial epidemic, and the “engineer” aspect, which also opens up new opportunities for my county to accelerate scientific and technological development and promote industrial optimization, in particular with the adoption of a “two-model” national strategy, which has made us more vulnerable to risk. Next, we will be accurate, scientifically responsive and proactive, focusing on three areas to turn the recovery process into a process of transformational upgrading and promote high-quality economic development. One is firm confidence in the crisis. To give priority to stabilizing the confidence of entrepreneurs, implementing the policy of implementing the “holding 16” and tax reduction and rent reduction series; deepening the “three services” initiative and implementing a “one-size-fits-all” support mechanism for difficult enterprises; and opening up access to enterprise finance to reduce the cost of financing, with over $4. 5 billion in new manufacturing loans this year. More than 140 small and medium-sized enterprises in the country's high-technology enterprises have been identified. The third is to find new opportunities in transition. A major effort has been made to develop new industries, such as the digital economy, with the implementation of the project “5522”, the introduction and launching of 50 priority projects for the digital economy, investment in fixed assets in the digital economy, which has exceeded 5 billion yuan, and a core manufacturing product of the digital economy, which has grown by more than 20 per cent, and the promotion of new infrastructure, such as 5g, to achieve full coverage of the 5g network。

In particular, five battles were fought:
The first was the battle for ecological remediation. Eco-green is the bottom colour of the demonstration area, and we will focus on the overall improvement of ecological quality from three dimensions of the point line. Seven major areas, namely, the yang temple snowbreeding, thawing, pottery scrap steel, west pond buttons, yao zhang cement prefabricated, the trans-sea bridge's north link and along the riyo highway, the construction of the northern lake roofing and water networking project, the yao zi tong beautiful rural landscape ring, and three blue and green skeletons of the wu tong cultural green corridor, are being carried out on the spot, and more than half of the villages (community) meet the model of global beauty improvement。
The second was an integrated land-management battle. Integrated land management efforts across the country were the first nationwide reform by ka-sun, with the aim of reversing the fragmentation, disorderly and inefficient situation of rural land use and gradually moving towards a scale-up path. Over the past two years, 20 projects have been implemented to rehabilitate 64,000 acres. This year, we will continue to deepen integrated land management efforts throughout the country, taking the town as a whole and completing the rehabilitation of more than 60,000 acres, and will launch a new round of agricultural housing stockings throughout the country, with 30,000 farmers in three years, using community standards for the future。
The third was the land demolition campaign. Looking at the interior of the stock, make room for the development of demonstration areas.
