Public recruitment of police auxiliaries to public security organs

With the consent of the municipality, it was decided that 64 police auxiliaries of the public security organs (hereinafter referred to as the “auxiliary police”) would be recruited publicly for the public security situation in the city. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Recruitment principles
Recruitment is organized in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit。
Basic conditions for recruitment
(i) have the nationality of the people's republic of china
(ii) to uphold the constitution of the people's republic of china, abide by its laws and regulations and be of good character
(iii) at least 18 years of age, usually under 30 years of age, with specific age requirements for reference to job information forms
(iv) recruiting auxiliary police officers shall have the required competence or professional qualifications for university studies and beyond and for the performance of their duties. (a) retired servicemen and rescue workers who have withdrawn from the national integrated fire rescue service may be reduced to higher secondary (secondary) education
(v) physical conditions and mental qualities necessary for the performance of their duties, height of 1. 70 m or more for men, height of 1. 60 m or more for women, corrective vision of the eyes of not less than 1. 0, physical health, integrity of the five officials, absence of disability, tattoos, hard of hearing, colour blindness, mouth eating, etc. (reference to physical conditions of the people's police)
(vi) other legal and regulatory conditions

The application shall not be made if:
(i) he or a member of his or her family participates in an illegal organization, a cult or in other activities that endanger the security of the state
(ii) has been criminally punished or is suspected of having committed an offence that has not yet been established
(iii) the fabrication and dissemination of information that is detrimental to the reputation of the state, to the ideological and routing policies of opposition parties and to the violation of national laws and regulations
(iv) has been punished for drug use, prostitution, gambling
(v) has been held in administrative or judicial detention
(vi) if the lawyer, notary, has been revoked
(vii) dismissal from public office, military service or dismissal for disciplinary offences
(viii) if he or she separates without having completed the period of his or her police support contract
(ix) active military personnel, school students in school, police auxiliaries in service
(x) be classified in accordance with the law as a joint target of punishment for breach of trust
(xi) other national and provincial requirements are not suitable for police auxiliary work。
Candidates who have been recruited by various organs for a probationary period as civil servants, by reference to the civil service law governing bodies (units) or by service, by the public security organs as auxiliary police officers, or by a public notice of employment are not hired. Persons who enter into a labour contract with an enterprise are required to submit a certificate of consent to the examination during the duration of the employment relationship。
Iii. Number of recruitment positions and specific conditions
This time, 64 police auxiliaries of the public security organs were openly recruited. Specific positions, numbers and conditions are shown in annex 1。
Iv. Personnel management and equipment
The auxiliary police enters into direct employment contracts with the public security directorate of ishi jia quan for basic old-age pension, basic medical care, unemployment, injury at work, maternity, etc., and the housing pension policy, which is implemented on the basis of the scheme for the administration of police support officers of the public security organs of ishi quan quan。
V. Recruitment process
(i) registration and accreditation

Basic procedures: (1) click “registration of candidates”, register user names and passwords, log on to the website after registration and upload photographs as required. Usernames and passwords are the only identifier for login of the registration system (the password can be changed) and are an important basis for candidates to confirm whether they have successfully registered, download the print test and search for results。
(2) enter after successful registration, choose the name of the examination to be taken and enter the registration period. Candidates must carefully read the proclamation, fill in personal registration information as required, limit each person to only one position and submit for review only after agreeing to the letter of commitment of integrity。
Online registrations are subject to a strict self-regulation system, candidates are held accountable for the authenticity of the information submitted for review and are disqualified from applying if it is found that the information entered online is inconsistent with the actual situation。
(3) the information after the examination is “submitted for review” will be locked and cannot be modified without feedback on the results. (iii) physical energy assessment
1. Evaluation
Physical test is conducted in accordance with the publicly recruited police auxiliary capability assessment project and standards and implementation rules (annex 2). Physical energy assessment included a 10-metre x 4 round trip, with men running 1,000 metres, women running 800 metres and jumping high. Of these, both 1,000 metres for men and 800 metres for women were measured once, 10 metres x 4 round trip were measured no more than two times, and no repeat or additional tests were performed after the results of the tests had been obtained, even if the high-level jump assessment did not exceed three times. The height of the examination will be measured during the medical period。
One of the above non-compliance criteria is considered to be unsatisfactory for performance measurement。
Time and place of assessment

Candidates are invited to take part in the physical test according to the detailed time taken in the physical energy assessment arrangements. In case of failure to participate as required, the medical examination is disqualified。
3. Evaluation-related matters
In accordance with the procedure for physical assessment, candidates take part in the physical assessment at the designated place of the valid second generation of civil identification cards, which is the written examination examination。
Physical assessment sites are completely closed and candidates are not allowed to wear distinctive clothing. During the physical assessment process, electronic equipment such as mobile phones and contraband are prohibited from being brought to the testing site, and persons not involved are prohibited from entering the examination site。
Among those qualified for the physical assessment, candidates are identified for the examination of the documents according to the order in which the overall results of the written examination are high to low, and those who are included in the overall results of the final written examination are included in the document examination. (v) interview

3. Consolidated accomplishments

Under the same conditions, priority is given to the recruitment of martyrs of public security and children of the spouses of the civilian auxiliary police officers of public security organs who have lost their lives in the service, former military personnel, rescue workers who have withdrawn from the comprehensive national fire rescue force, exemplary heroes and advanced individuals, graduates of police or political and legal schools, graduates of junior high schools, persons with the professional qualifications or specialized skills required for their posts and other persons to be given priority by the state。
(vi) medical examination
The list of medical examiners is established on the basis of a composite merit ranking, based on a ratio of 1:1 for the recruitment position. When the final examination is combined, the examination is carried out on the basis of a written examination. If the written examination results are repeated, the examination is carried out in accordance with the high level of education and political profile。
(vii) visits
The medical examination is followed by an examination of the medical examiners。
(viii) publication
