Wu purchased water heaters on the treasure-hunting platform, which, as a “web-dealing platform provider”, was obliged to provide the true name, address and effective contact of the seller or service provider, and where the treasure-hunting platform was unable to provide the above information, ms. Wu, as a consumer, could legally claim compensation from the treasure-hunting platform。
