If the voltage is normal, the following components may be carefully checked in a single meter: q3, r4, c7 and, if the component is normal, the main chip may be replaced。
Check if there has been a failure or penetration of the caps c2 and c3. If one of these two elements is problematic, it leads to irregular work. If the above-mentioned capacitor is normal, the crystal oscillation (8m) will be removed and replaced with a new crystal oscillation tester of the same size.
