The spring returns to the earth, and the tillage becomes busy. At this critical time of spring tillage, the upper party's yuen-sheng agricultural machinery cooperative has taken early action to concentrate on the full overhaul and maintenance of agricultural machinery and to provide “mechanistic force” for the production of spring tillage, with every effort to ensure its smooth spread。

On 11 march, journalists walked into the workshop of the wonsheng agricultural machinery co-operative and saw all kinds of overhaul tools hanging over the walls, with the spare parts on the operating table. The site was overhauled and modern agricultural machinery, such as tractors, tillers and no-cultivators, were in full line pending “medical examination”. Collaborative efforts are being made by cooperative farm operators to dismantle, cleanse, debug and maintain。

“we have carried out full-cover inspections of all agricultural machinery of the cooperative.” the farm player zhang chidan, while adjusting the seeding machine, which he has just tried to maintain, introduced the journalists to “focuss on checking circuits, overhauling transmission parts, replacing wear and tear bearings and belts, debugging operational equipment, precision calibration, etc. After a thorough overhaul, agricultural performance is more stable and operational, and we are ready to go down to work.”

It is understood that, in order to ensure that farming hours are not lost and that no agricultural accidents occur, cooperatives plan ahead of schedule and deploy early, and that all agricultural aircraft equipment, such as tractors, seeders, plant protection drones, etc., are overhauled, maintained and debugged in such a way as to ensure that no one is left behind and that agricultural aircraft equipment is put into production in the best possible condition。

Zhang yuansheng, head of the cooperative, said: “this year, three new equipment will be added to our cooperative, which will be used exclusively for spring tillage. We will then do our best to prepare for spring farming, based on the advantages of scale and mechanization, and expect to complete more than 10,000 acres of spring farming and over 3,000 acres of spring production to professionalize, mechanize and standardize the services to farmers in the vicinity, and to do our best to `accelerate' the spring farming and start the year's agricultural production.”

Founded in 2010, after more than a decade of development, the specialized agricultural machinery cooperative has evolved from a single operating model to an integrated agricultural service that integrates land flow, hosting and mechanized operations. Currently, cooperatives move more than 1,000 acres of land, house more than 2,000 acres of land, own more than a dozen sets of agricultural machinery of various types, such as tillers, tractors and harvesters. They are one of the larger and more powerful agricultural machinery cooperatives in the region and are the “lead force” for the development of local agricultural mechanization。
