I think the central air conditioning is for only three categories of people:

The third category is fully budgeted and completely uncare-free of later maintenance costs。
Central air conditioners, from buying to loading to repairing, are all more expensive than partition machines. If you're not sensitive to these, you can go up。
But if you, like me, are a normal family living in three rooms and two rooms and living for a price, i really suggest you:
They spend their money on renovations where they can be seen and touched, not on the ceiling。
