Scope of application
The national office of information on the internet (oni) has approved a list of qualified and qualified internet news sites, which are dedicated to news-gathering。
No press credentials will be issued for: (1) non-authorised staff in news sites, such as party affairs, administration, logistics, advertising, distribution, operations, technology, etc.; (2) staff outside news websites, including correspondents who provide articles or programmes to news websites, contractors, special correspondents, staff of party bodies, businesses, etc. Who provide articles to news websites on a full-time or part-time basis, and other social personnel; (3) persons who have been severely punished for violations of discipline in news production activities, as well as persons with a bad professional record。

Ii. Conditions for application
Press accreditation on news sites must be accompanied by:
(i) comply with national laws, regulations and journalistic ethics。
(ii) persons in the development of a news website or who are formally recruited to work exclusively on news production and have more than one year of experience in news production。
(iii) university degree and above。
(iv) obtaining a professional qualification issued by the national office of information on the internet (oni) for training in the development of internet journalism or by the department of publicity and publicity。
Iii. Application procedure

Relevant requirements
