In 1947, the seventh administrative inspectorate was established in the provinces of dragon rock, junping, changting, yong ding, hao hang, wuping and chang city。
The districts were liberated from august to november 1949 as the eighth administrative inspectorate. In march 1950 it was renamed the dragon rock region. In july 1956, three counties were transferred to yongan, ningi, and in july, ningyang county was abolished, dividing it into three counties: zhuangan, yongan and yongjiang. In 1961, the three counties of yong-am, ningi and sui were divided into three districts. It was renamed the dragon rock area in 1970. Dragonstone county was abolished in 1981 with a provincial county-level city. In 1990 the municipality was established in pingpei. On 20 november 1996, the state council approved the opening of the city of the dragon rock deposition. In march 1997, the county-level dragonstone city was transformed into the nueva loi district. On 1 may 1997, the municipality of dragonstone was established, and the city's people's government was based in the nuevo region. On 25 december 2014, with the approval of the state council, yong ding county will be withdrawn from the district to redistrict12。
On 9 september 2021, the people's government of fujian province gave its consent to the abolition of the province of haute-hungzhou, where the administrative area falls under the jurisdiction of the town of okuda, which remains unchanged13。
