For 10 years in the watch maintenance business, you meet a friend who's panicking every day to deliver a watch: "sewer, did my watch suddenly go? Did the core break?"
In fact, many people are frightened by the “precision” of watches, and they always think that if they fail, it's gonna be a big problem, and it's gonna cost a lot of money to fix it. We'll talk to you today, and you can be half a "countain doctor" after we've spent all those years trying to pay off our debts, as well as our usual failures。

The most common area of error is the loss of the core if the watch does not go. In fact, 80 per cent of them are small problems, so they can do their own preliminary check。
It's not a malfunction, it's a power drain. Manually, 30 laps of chain, normally worn, and automatic hyenas turn up the chain so that the watch can return to normal without any need for repair. But if they stop right away, they don't react, and the probability is that a shock will lead to a sticky pin or a silk line, so don't shake, chain up, pull up the core, and suggest that a professional teacher be tested。
If a second needle jumps or stops in seconds, 90 per cent of the battery is out of power, and a suitable battery is replaced, so let's not be fooled by saying, "the core's broken, and it's worth hundreds of dollars to change the core." if the batteries are replaced, it may be exposure to tablet oxidation, which can be resolved by simple processing, without excessive maintenance。
There is also a high-frequency problem — the slowness of the watch when it goes off. Many people think it's the core that's having a big problem, but mostly "magnetic." we wear watches on a daily basis, close to mobile phones, magnetic suction racks, soundboxes, electronic products that can make our watches magnetic, and when they are magnetized, they can travel fast, for minutes a day。
This situation is completely non-existent, with the use of magnetizers by professional teachers, which can be addressed in a few minutes, and many formal maintenance shops can even remove them free of charge. If the mechanical watch slows down and stops, the rate is probably insufficient or needs maintenance, and regular maintenance of the watch restores the accuracy of the walk。
The most serious damage to the watch is actually watering and mishandling. Many people bathe in their watches and steam sauna and feel that the waterproofing of their watches is all right, without knowing that hot water and water vapour accelerate the ageing of the water-coop, leading to water intake. The fog and water drops on the table indicate that water is already in the water, and at this time it is important not to blow with the hot wind and burn the waterproofing and palettes. The correct approach is to get them repaired as soon as possible, dry and replace them, and delay will only lead to rusty cores and double maintenance costs。
There is also the use of the crowns, which many push at random, especially when the diving table turns into a crown, which washes their hands if it is not twisted and easy to enter water. When switching time, the spin-in crown must be sharpened against the clockwise, then sharpened, and the non-rotational crown must be pushed to the end, in order to ensure the sealing of the watch。
Over the years, too many cousins have been seen because they don't understand, and the failure cost a lot of money, and even because of the inactivity, it makes the small problem a major overhaul. The watch is a sophisticated instrument, but it is not so “weak”, and many minor failures, if they have the right method, can avoid spending money。
Finally, you are reminded that the core of the watch is maintenance, regularly wipe, away from magnetic fields and water vapour, and every three to five years of full maintenance, which can significantly reduce malfunctions. The most economical option would be to find a formal maintenance shop, to test the offer and not exaggerate the failure and change unnecessary parts。
