When oil spills occur in car transformers, effective measures are needed to address:

First, improvements in air-traffic caps and the examination of hole panels could be an effective method. One of the main reasons for the oil spill is that the pressure in the gearbox is greater than the external atmospheric pressure. In order to balance internal and external pressures, an attempt could be made to improve the air-traffic cap. However, the retrenchor air vents may be too small to be contained by coal powder and oil pollution. Therefore, each refuelling should ensure that the sealing of the plaque is checked to avoid increasing the risk of oil spills due to frequent openings。

Secondly, improving the structure of the axes is also an effective solution. For some gear-reducing equipment, the gearing box output axis, such as a carrier, a screwdriver and a leaf wheel to a coal machine, can be easily adapted. When the brake is removed, the joint axis and the axle seal cover are removed. (c) processing a tank outside the original end of the shelf and installing a skeleton seal, depending on the size of the frame. If the end covers more than 35 mm from the inner end of the axis, a spare oil seal may be installed on the outer side of the end cover. Once the oil seal has failed, it can easily remove the damaged seals, push the spare seals into the end cover and avoid cumbersome processes such as defusing brakes and coaxies。
In addition to this, new types of sealed materials could be used to address leaks at the silicon sealed point of the gearbox. These new seals have higher sealing properties and are effective in preventing leakage. However, there is still a risk of a slight leak of a moving seal due to the ageing of the seal, poor quality, inappropriate assembly and high roughness of the axle surfaces. In such cases, the oil stains on the axes need to be periodically checked and wiped to keep the axis clean。

Oil spills in gear tanks can be divided into both spills and spills. Oil spills refer to oil stains caused by loosely sealed or ageing fuel containers, which, while affecting the beauty of the vehicle, generally do not affect its normal use. The oil spill, on the other hand, refers to a drop of oil caused by a failure or quality defect of the transformer tank, with a faster rate of leakage. In this context, we must be extremely vigilant in regularly inspecting the fuel levels of the transformer tanks and in dealing with leaks in a timely manner。
