Reseasonal broadcast of equipment (6 generic)
Introduction: the military equipment is about to change seasons, so what about the broadcast of the notice!
The equipment resealing exercise was conducted on 15 march 20xx to ensure the proper operation of equipment during the spring and summer seasons. We have carefully structured and divided this during the change of seasons of maintenance and maintenance and have developed a work programme for the change of seasons based on the current state of equipment。
Power distribution rooms:
1. Check the validity of the coatings and replace them immediately if they change colour or are seriously disabled。
2. Checking the lead end, ground screw
3. Checks whether the wires on the main circuit are solid, whether the lines are good, whether the plugs are incorruptible, and, when clean dust is completed, put back in the distribution cabinet and close the switch。
4. Check whether the cables are not hotly coloured, or whether the arc-screen is solid or loose, or whether they are hotly coloured by the linehead, have a flavoury, and are in compliance with regulations。
5. Check the integrity of the overall equipment site and then clean it。
6. Check the surface, four walls of the electrical distribution room, with no miscellaneous items, no leaks and good ventilation。
7. Check the accuracy and reliability of current and voltage meters。
8. To check if the insulations are damaged and insulated。
9. Check if the label is clear or falls。
10. Inspection of distribution cabinet instruments。
11. Checks the robustness of the distribution tanks, leak protection units, wires and the sensitivity and effectiveness of the absorbents and contacts。
12. Operation of power lines and electrical equipment for terminals。
13. Examination of electricity usage and damage at lighting facilities。
Air-conditioning equipment:
Multi-line maintenance:
1. Check for short circuits in the electrical circuits; check for interior machines to determine if there is a leak and the discharge of condensed water; check for the operation of the indoor wind panels; check for air conditioners noise and vibrations; and retightize the various parts of the screws。
2. Cleaning of condensers, pipes and filters. Cleaning of outdoors (including: case, wings, fan wheel); cleaning of outdoors (including compressors, liquid tank cleaning and dust removal from electrical control boxes)。
Maintenance of the windpipes and modular air-conditioning units:
1. Check instrument instrument indicators。
Clean surface exchangers, mainly using water or cleaning medicine and cleaning agents。
3. Cleaning of dusts and cuddly bacteria deposited on water plumes。
