As environmental policy tightens, there is growing concern about the efficiency and effect of de-dusting, which is a dry filter that is widely used in the electricity, chemical, food, mechanical processing and casting industries. With the prolonged use of time and the ageing of the equipment, the reduction in the removal efficiency has resulted in emissions falling short of the target, and therefore the cleaning and maintenance of the scrubber must be done。

This paper shares the elements of the repair and maintenance of the bag cleaner。
Maintenance of mechanical motor components such as speed-reducing machines, ash-release devices
Refuelling and lubricating of mechanically transmitted components at the lubricating point shall be performed in accordance with the frequency requirement for oil exchange or inflating maintenance, which shall operate for a period of 8h or, in the case of a daily running time exceeding 8h, for a shorter maintenance point inspection period. The various types of lubricant are distinguished, and it is important that the points are sealed to prevent dust from entering the contaminated lubricant and creating impurities. Specific maintenance specifications are shown in table 1。

2. Maintenance of aerodynamic devices
The main point maintenance point of aerodynamic units in the bag scrubbers is reviewed as shown in table 2. The oil-water separators in the gas tanks, gas source triads shall be drained once in each class, while the oil-water separators shall be washed every three to six months to prevent excessive water in the compressed air from entering the gas-control valve to create a valve core the jamming results in an anomaly of movement, and when water pulses are stored in the tank, it is easy to blow up the bag with the pulse valve, wet the bag, and create a plaque when it is pumped into the dust, for longer periods of time. Oil aerosols should be regularly checked for storage and refuelled in a timely manner。

3. Dust removal pipes and box maintenance
3. 1 clean-up of sedimentation dust within the de-dust pipeline
Some of the pipes of the scrubbers, after some time in use, are deposited in pipes, such as those of the projectiles, where small particles of steel balls are deposited, mostly in the tipping section, where resistance is high and speed is reduced, resulting in dust deposition. The greater the sedimentation, the resulting congestion of pipes, and the resulting lack of wind, it is necessary to design clean-up vents for suitable deposition pipes and regularly clean up the sedimentary particulate dust. In some cases, pulse valves are installed on pipes that raise the sedimented dust through pulses and are then pumped away with the gravitational force of the dust scrubber。
3. 2 repairs to plumbing wear and tear
The long-used piping, due to wear and tearing of dust-containing gases, breaks the walls of the piping, which are concentrated in the tip of the piping section, and the leaks in the ground where the plume is worn result in a reduction in the volume of wind to the poaching vent, a decrease in the wind pressure, and an impact on the sooting effect, even causing dust to settle inside the piping, so that the worn plume is repaired in a timely manner。
3. 3 maintenance of the dust removal tank
For the “boxes” of the bag cleaners, they are maintained in two internal and external parts and in the cracks of the box。
The main inspection points for external maintenance are paint, leaks, bolts and perimeter seals. For high-temperature, high-wet gases, in order to prevent exposure and ensure safety, there is generally an external conservatory layer such as rock cotton, glass cotton and polyphenyl ester。
The main inspection point for internal maintenance is that care should be taken to select corrosive coatings and to apply them in a timely manner in areas prone to or already corrosive. In general, the choice of acid-resistant paints for epoxy resins is higher, as most of the purified gases are acidic。
The cracks in the box are also to be maintained. The sutures of the box are typically covered with rubber, rubber, asbestos mats, etc. To prevent gas leaks。
The maintenance point check project and methodology for dust removal pipes and boxes are shown in table 3.

4. Maintenance of ash-clearing devices
Different types of scrubbers have different ash removal devices. For example, the oscillating axis of a vibrating dust cleaner reduces the mechanical vibrating force by causing a cleavage to be small, and does not shake away the dust from the sack, resulting in a decrease in the desorption efficiency of the scrubber, which is adhesive to the surface of the bag for a long period of time, causing decay of the sheet sheet。
Reverse reverse debunkers and reverse debunkers and counterblowers are to be maintained, and the rebroadcast units are to be periodically inspected. The pulse valves for pulse dust cleaners and lifting valves require regular inspection and maintenance. For the use of time-based ash-clearing controllers, the accuracy of the clean-up cycle should be periodically determined or adjusted. The operation of the pressure switch shall be checked periodically for the use of a stationary pulse controller, and the pressure vent shall be blocked and cleaned up. The main point-check project and the prosecution approach are shown in table 4。

5. Maintenance of windmaker for dust removal
There is a direct connection or triangular belt transfer commonly used in dust removal machines. Directly-connected wind machines are required to check wear and tear of the coaxies and elastic column sales to prevent wear and tear from causing a moving axis vibration and affecting the service life of the bearings. The bearings shall be kept at a level which will allow the bearings to be fully lubricated. The triangulation wind machine focuses on the looseness and wear of the belt and prevents the tripod from causing wind to be thrown at speeds that affect the volume and pressure. In addition, it will be necessary to check whether the wind turbines ' leaves are worn, which generally are not worn, but if there is a break in the dust-leaf bag, the dust-containing gas will be discharged with the windmaker, the wind wheel will be worn, resulting in a smaller wind volume, which will be eliminated and replaced in a timely manner if the windmills do not meet the requirements for use。
The project and methodology for the windmaker maintenance point review of the scrubber are shown in table 5。

6. Prevention of disclosure of bagwashers
Dust removal bags are used in order to prevent dust gas from cooling indoors below the point of exposure, and when the gas temperature in the bag is lower than the point of exposure, the filters become damp, so the dust is adhesively attached to the filter, the fabric is blocked, the pore eyes of the fabric are blocked, the dust removal is rendered ineffective, the devarnisher is over-pressed and unable to continue operating, and the removal efficiency is seriously affected. This phenomenon is common in the sand treatment of wet sand casts, especially during winter。
In order to ensure the proper operation of the scrubbers, appropriate heating of the dust-containing gases is required, for example, by filling the hot wind in the pipes, keeping the temperature, and using the temperature-preserving cotton packages。
In order to ensure the proper use of the bag cleaners, to increase the efficiency and extend the service life of the bag cleaners, they must be repaired and maintained at the relevant locations during their use。
