In this regard, the state should strengthen its monitoring and policy to introduce the english-language editorial entry examination system, which should be included as a requirement for the approval and review of the qualifications of academic journals in english; press and publishing authorities should develop a long-term examination of the relevant english language and the quality of the compilation, which should be disseminated to society at the same time as regular or irregular spot checks are carried out nationwide, in order to urge the various levels of management concerned with academic journals to conduct self-censorship or cross-checks within the system, within the industry or within the periodicals; and periodicals should establish and implement rigorous english-language editorial recruitment standards and appraisals, implement the traditional third-tier editorial system and provide training, retraining and promotion opportunities for editors from the point of view of caring for talent and conservation, as well as incentives for editors to serve as editors。
