In order to further enhance the operational capacity and policy philosophy of the grass-roots agricultural extension workers in tianjin municipality, the technical services capacity of the grass-roots agricultural extension workers has been strengthened and rural revitalization has been enhanced. In recent days, the municipal agricultural centres have organized four training courses for grass-roots agricultural extension workers (farmers) in 2025, which were attended by 320 specialists from 10 farming districts and municipal agricultural centres throughout the city。
The training invited dussen, yong yang, wu yong, chen chang, he xin, chinese academy of agricultural sciences, shei ri chiqi, dong zhiqiang, and 20 professors from the chinese university of agriculture, zhao zhou and zhang younghua, who have long been engaged in research and practice in related fields, to provide intensive training on the subject of “mixed corn planting and precision control of high-yielding technology”, “through thinking and technology for the promotion of high-quality cotton in the interior of the country”, “scientific fertilizer to support the upgrading of large-scale monolithic production” and “facilitation upgrades of facilities” and “equipment of essential equipment and technology for the production of single-capable water by food oil crops”。
The training was based on a three-day course of practical instruction, which was conducted on the basis of a combination of scientific and technological innovations, conversions, etc., in the areas of high-yielding wheat maize anniversary technologies, the use of agricultural biological agents, new technologies for breeding, vegetables and fruit trees。
The training course focused on the development of green, low-carbon, high-efficiency, and single-manufacturing training, and strengthened the integrated literacy and professional skills of grass-roots agricultural technicians in the “three farmers” service. The participants indicated that the training was well focused, practical and well-directed, which enriched knowledge and opened up perspectives and provided a solid basis for grass-roots agricultural extension workers to better serve rural renewal and promote agro-skilling applications。
