For data centres, air-conditioning systems are by no means simple environmental reconciliation equipment, but are the same core infrastructure as servers and storage equipment. Server failure affects operations, while air conditioners can lead to catastrophic hardware damage and data loss. In the logic of operation of the data centre, there is no option for “suspension maintenance” except for the requirement of “continuing”。
The normal business building has no logic here. Spare parts redundancy: we have established an exclusive spare parts bank for each key data centre client, which stores commonly used core spare parts such as cards, sensors, belts, bearings, etc. To ensure that, when replacement is required, there is no need to wait for a long logistics cycle, a minute-scale spare parts response can be achieved and the failure impact time reduced to the extreme。
2. System redundancy design review: professional protection teams not only maintain equipment but also assess system redundancy design. We will examine whether there is a single-point risk of failure at the power supply, control, refrigeration cycle, etc. Of the air conditioning system, and make recommendations for optimization to ensure that the entire refrigeration system can operate steadily even if a single equipment or line fails。
