On 29 january, the zhejiang provincial council and the provincial government convened a conference to promote the deployment of new energy systems throughout the province, in keeping with the “two carbon” approach to the development of a comprehensive green transformation that would lead to a higher level of ecological development. The reasons behind the analysis are simple。
Zhejiang is a small resource province, with weak resource endowments such as coal, oil and gas.
