The zhengzhou institute of science and technology was founded in 1988 and implemented undergraduate education in 2008. In 2015, through the ministry of education's undergraduate teaching qualification assessment, the school was placed in an applied general undergraduate institution, implementing the “qualification + skills + comprehensive qualifications” talent development model, with the aim of developing advanced applied composite talent, leading to a multidisciplinary and coordinated development of engineering, arts, literature, education, etc., with a prominent profile of general undergraduate institutions. As a next step, under the alliance's programme, zhengzhou radio will regularly invite small school directors or young students interested in specialty to enter specialized radio studios, record their own radio programmes, provide traineeships for their counterparts in higher education during the cold summer holidays, and develop and launch a unique and distinctive brand of school broadcasting and broadcasting talent through activities such as the “ten g's” radio competition of the central campus broadcasting union。
