From 10 to 15 february, there were ample votes in the districts of zhengzhou, jenan, yanang, shenyang and beijing, xuzhou, hoi fat, wuhan and lianyun harbor to shanghai, nanning and changsha to guangzhou; there were still more votes in the districts of zhang, xian, wuhan to beijing, beijing to shenyang, xian, six an, maung chu, zinan to shanghai, shanghai to changsha and sining to xi'an。
