Since the 18th anniversary of the party, the central television news service has been substantially recast, beginning to fade away its “advocacy” in terms of the choice of content, the way the news is organized, the way it is broadcasted, the tone of the news, the raising of the “people-friendly” flag, the shift from an excessive emphasis on propaganda to journalism, and its return to its own journalistic value as a news programme。
It's very new at the moment: live online coverage has begun to be introduced
For a fact that can become news, modernity is an essential element. “time-newness means that facts are new in time and new in content that is unknown. The closer things get, the higher the news; the more new the content, the higher the news.” newness at first is not only a constituent element of the value of news, but also ranks first among the five recognized elements of news value (time, prominence, importance, proximity, taste). “hebert, in his theory of modern mass communications, mcdougall, in his explanatory report, agreed that the values of news were five elements — timeliness, proximity, prominence, importance, human face.” 2 timeliness is just new. Indeed, the way in which news is viewed is to some extent a function of its professionalism。
Prior to the re-programming, the newsletter attached great importance to current affairs and politics, spending a great deal of time and space on a variety of current affairs news stories and paying little attention to emergencies. Since september 2011, the “domestic newsletter” section of the news service has been officially renamed “unifeed quick” and has become significantly more time-bound. The programme also established time nodes whereby all news must be fresh on the same day, and the time nodes when major news comes to light were relaxed beyond the previous programme. After the eighteenth anniversary, unifeed continued to be recast, with new live, live links, the first time presenting the most fresh and real news and major emergencies to the audience, and the news's sense of being live and time-sensitive again. The live television news is able to bring the audience into the real picture of what is happening at this moment, which reflects the “fast” and “real” character of live broadcasting. The viewers received images from the news site on the live stream, and felt the mood of the news client on the spot, eliminating the psychological distance between the broadcaster and the recipient。
In order to enhance the vitality and timeliness of the programme, the news service has also added a new live link. In the executive summary of the 9 november 2013 programme, newsleave provided a preview of the finals of the asian football league, which will begin at 8 p. M. The same night. The broadcaster wang ning said: “tonight, at 8 p. M., the 2013 finals of the asian football league will be played in guangzhou, and the newsleave will be broadcast live to the leading viewer of the sky river stadium, where multiple channels will be broadcast simultaneously.” in the ensuing programme, newslift covered the theme of " guangzhou gang hits the champ tonight " . Later, in the news bulletin, which was rebroadcast at 9 p. M. That night, there was an exceptional live rebroadcast of the match and a link to the live journalist, liu jianhong, which never appeared in the broadcast history of the news bulletin。

Headline "face-change": a major event begins to appear on the headline
For a long time, the broadcasting sequence of the newsletter has become highly programmatic, followed by current affairs, routine reporting, domestic newsletters and international newsletters, in which political reporting has dominated the programme as a traditional subject matter and resource advantage. Another highlight of this adaptation is the change in the headlines. Since its creation in the 36th year of its existence, radio news has followed the three lines of journalism, “the leaders are busy — the situation in the country is great — and the international situation is truly chaotic.” although this summary is dramatic and exaggerated, it is, after all, a “sension” that has developed in the long-term viewing of the audience, which to a certain extent summarizes the status of the news. Television news, because of its linear nature, determines the importance of television headlines and directly determines the ratings and popularity of news-based television programmes. The headlines should be carefully chosen in television news programming, not only because they reflect the editorial intent of the tv news column, but also because the attraction of the headlines for the audience affects their interest in continuing to watch news programmes. The revamped newsletter broke the “three-part” pattern of programming that has been going on for many years, choosing as headlines content that is of interest to the general public or events that are of concern to the public, with a significant proportion of people's life stories and a marked increase in the level and richness of the news。
At 1719 hours beijing time on 12 february 2014, an earthquake of 7. 3 magnitudes occurred in yuda county (36. 1° n and 82. 5° e) in the xinjiang uighur autonomous region and the tan region. The news bulletin, which was broadcast less than two hours later, covered the hazards and casualties of the earthquake in the headlines, providing accurate and authoritative information about the earthquake at the first opportunity。
According to statistics, 52 headlines, or 14. 3 per cent of the total, were broadcast throughout 2013, compared to 27 in 2012. Chengdu's “ten-year-old cao roads”, guiyang's “undue wave of divorce”, the “kids of the gang” , the mist weather, the children left behind, and the “most beautiful firefighter” dusshai, among other social hotspots, have been scheduled for broadcast in the headlines。
Content proximity: increased coverage of livelihoods and services

“accordingness, as an attribute of the value of information, refers at its core to the various `distance' relationships between the fact of the news and the unifying subject, especially the recipient. The implications of proximity broadly encompass several aspects: first, the relationship between the creation or occurrence of space and the dissemination of information to space. Secondly, the role and impact of the facts themselves are linked to the interests of the people. Third is the psychological and emotional distance between news facts and people.”
In the aftermath of the 18-year-old reform of the press, the news agency will devote more time to life and suffering in terms of both the content and the subject matter structure of its coverage. Social problems such as house demolitions, rising prices, environmental pollution, and children left behind were almost rarely mentioned in the newsletter before the revision. However, since 2013, the news service has moved away from a shy attitude towards these social issues and has devoted considerable space to comprehensive and in-depth coverage, which has generated widespread attention and discussion in society and has led to the right direction in public opinion。
According to statistics, there were 327 features in the 2013 news service, more than double the 162 in 2012. The “good deeds of the human person” reported on the extraordinary work done by ordinary people; “the grass roots, my children, my children”, “the grass roots of the new spring, the gifts of the coming home” and “the grass roots, the voices of the people” focused on the living conditions of ordinary people; “the love of the new spring, the river lines” and “the grass roots, the jobs of the workers in the first line of work and life; “the search for the most beautiful country doctors”, “the search for the most beautiful village teachers” and “the search for the most beautiful firefighters” focused on the role of the best performers; and “the most american cadres” reported on the latest developments in which grass-roots cadres were fully committed to serving the people。
The “use and satisfaction” theory views the audience as individuals with specific “needs” and their media engagement activities are a process of specific needs and motivations and “met”. A news story is serviceable as long as it serves the audience with suspicion, confusion and service. In order to bring news stories closer to life, to reality and to the masses, since the release of the new edition, the news bulletin has been released, starting with the country's grand narratives, which are tilting towards food and clothing of concern to the population, and beginning to increase the number of service stories. The serviceability of radio news as a media agency has been further strengthened, highlighting the close return to news values. For example, the “spring help desk” series introduced viewers to train bookings and extreme weather safety issues during the spring; and the series on university student employment - the “student employment quarter help desk” was launched. The number of service-oriented features in radio news in 2013 was 39, almost double the number of articles in 2012. It is worth mentioning that in the pre-2012 news service, service feature stories were largely excluded from coverage。
In the new media environment, it is only by increasing the awareness of the service and making the “service” from the media available to the general public that it will be possible to capture the audience's eyes and thus gain a favourable position in the fierce media competition and become the most popular media。

Increased taste: pro-civilization of the voice
The interesting nature of the news is the fact that it is interesting, humanistic and interesting to its audience. And “the basis for enabling a fact to become an object of interest or an object of interest is essentially: first, relevance to people's interests. Secondly, the facts are extraordinary. Third, the human face of fact. Fourthly, the fact is interesting.” for a long time, radio news has focused more on the news of the times and on some of the subject-oriented planning stories, and, after the re-editing, some of the most interesting soft stories have also begun to appear on the news, thus enhancing their visibility。
On 4 february 2014, the fifth year of the agricultural calendar and the spring, the news service broadcast three very interesting stories. The first is the news of the episode of the episode of the episode. This interesting news story combines entertainment, taste and service, and in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, people learn about the country's euphoria and enjoy local folk shows. The second broadcast was the new spring five lines window story, and on the occasion of the spring festival, the windows of a number of foreign merchants were replaced with “chinese clothes”. The news, led by the moderator, covered the chinese-style windows on the streets of bangkok, thailand, and chicago, united states. In front of the tv audience, the chinese spring festival elements of the red and red fire are appreciated by viewers. The leading actor for the third story is the shaky little panda baby f4. Humanized speech reports convey the blessed blessings of panda baby joy to thousands of families, and the viewers once again, in their relief, have a taste of china’s national treasure panda’s love and naughtyness。
The increased interest in the newsletter is also reflected in the change in the tone of the broadcaster. On 5 june 2006, kang fai and lee xiaomei sat on the main broadcaster of the news agency, after 17 years of absence of a new broadcaster, and the age structure of the broadcaster made the style of the programme more depressing and unsatisfied. With the gradual appearance of new anchors such as hae-xia, guo zhi-jin, yong-soon and ouyang shadan, the news bulletin was injected into a new dynamic. Throughout the time, in the style of the broadcast, the news service has given the impression that the mode and format of the broadcast, while giving a sense of stability and authority, has been referred to by a number of people as “co-broadcasts” because of the lack of personality and vitality of the jargon. Since the revision, the news anchor has not only become softer, but will also change according to the different content, as a result of a recasting of a serious and cynical stereotype. In the use of languages, they have boldly introduced some web-based expressions and expressions of orality, a human face and accompaniment。
Introduction of commentators: as “thinkers”
While news views and positions are present in a complex and fragmented manner today, where new media information dissemination platforms, such as weibo and weibo, are growing, and as the mainstream media, news stands are a consistent principle, today, with a high degree of homogenization of news content, the unique views and positions of which media tend to gain greater attention from the audience. In this media environment, traditional media with authoritative and important influence, such as radio news, have launched their own news review platforms to provide audiences with a more authoritative and in-depth assessment of events and social issues, in order to highlight news positions as traditional mainstream media and enhance their credibility and influence. Television news reviews are the form in which television stations express their views, positions and opinions on major news events that have taken place in the country and abroad, as well as on the ideological trends, phenomena and problems of general public concern in the current life of society.” five of the two main types of television news reviews are news reviews and news talk shows. A press review was used in the newsletter. Television news is not only about phenomena, but also about explaining, analysing, commenting on them, capturing problems, analyzing problems, acting as “thinkers” through personalized views and expressions。

In terms of comments, in this round of re-editing, the news service has placed greater emphasis on comments, with the introduction of “the review”, “news brief” and “posters” components, such as the “eight provisions” issued by the central service, which published its own commentary, “the central pronouncer is the mob”. In response to the haze, a post-smog has been added: “call on all of us to make a contribution, the government's environmental policy really hard, the backward capacity has to be eliminated, party bodies have to lead by example, less by bus, and the cars have to respond, and we have to reduce our exhaust emissions.” the “post-editing” was referred to by several media the following day. In 2013 alone, the news agency published more than 50 comments, up from 40 in 2012, on such issues as the waste of the table, the lack of wages for rural workers, internet rumours and party politics。
Commentator yang jing, in an interview with a journalist, stated that “the news service has in fact always been in the form of short-term reviews, reviews, etc., based on the need to strengthen `broadcasting' comments, with the addition of a direct commentator model in addition to adhering to the original practice. The difficulty of `width' comments is that they are broadcast in inches and inches of money, before they have articles that can be accurately controlled, both by the news film and by the anchor. And the wires are broadcast live, and the pressure is far greater than daily reviews." the two-windows programme is faster and more manageable in terms of speed and duration, and is in line with the current mode of input for mainstream news programmes in the international press。
