A live interview programme entitled “citizens’ dialogue & proposals in face to face” has been held for four consecutive years since its launch in 2018. In the area of “acquiring on call”, efforts were made to resolve the “failure” problem of “certifying” property certificates, to simplify the filing correction mechanism, to complete 100 million square metres during the “14th” period and to install more than 1,000 elevators; in the area of enhanced parking management, 43 new parking spaces were created during the year, over 7,000 parking spaces were added, the parking dynamic search and appointment system was promoted, and the management of roadside electronic parking was regulated; in the area of after-school services, “two hours” after-school counselling was resolved this year, to address the issue of family care for low-age students with difficulties, open libraries, reading rooms, playgrounds, and to expand interest; and in the area of enhanced parking services, 1,000 new parking spaces were established during the year, 2,000 communities were covered and the number of retirement stations increased from 370 to 500。
A live interview programme called “citizens' dialogue and proposals for face-to-face” has taken full advantage of the chinese-style system of negotiation. It has made it possible for the proposals to be handled face-to-face and to communicate with the members of the committee。
