On 26 march, the beijing city health and welfare board, together with the municipal health and welfare board and the municipal health and welfare board, issued a circular on the implementation of a city-wide specific regulation of the cost of medical services and the price of consumables. As of 20 april, the city will implement a comprehensive management of dental-planting charges, the procurement of a centralized belt of growers, and a “triple” network of crown limit prices, which will significantly reduce the cost of dental-planting services, growers and crown prices。
The overall cost of oral cultivation consists mainly of medical services and materials for medical use, and the municipal health insurance institute (mss) has indicated that efforts will be made to reduce the cost of oral cultivation for participants by applying a variety of measures such as price reductions for services, price regulation, collection of consumables and disclosure of information。
On average, the cost of medical services for oral cultivation decreased by 72 per cent
This time, beijing integrated 15 health services related to oral cultivation, which averaged 72 per cent lower prices than before the adjustment. The price of public health institutions has dropped from $4,500 before the adjustment to a minimum of $1103, for example, compared with the more common project entitled “past crown restoration fees (single)” and from $41,000 before the adjustment to $9559 to significantly reduce the cost of medical services for insured persons。
Classification of the cost of a single conventional dental service
In addition to reducing the price of the project, and in line with the requirements of the national health insurance board, the city health insurance board has simultaneously regulated the total cost of “single conventional tooth-growing” medical services, distinguishing between different levels of care and territorial areas, as well as the national centre for dental medicine, setting out four levels of control, as follows: $4,300 for public health facilities at the city level and below, $4,500 for public health facilities at the level of the non-city six districts, $5,000 for public health facilities at the level of the sixth district of the city and $5450 for the national centre for oral medicine (beijing university oral hospital). These regulatory objectives refer to the cost of medical services, including medical services, examination, surgery, anaesthesia, etc. Plantation, tooth crowns and consumables required for planting are subject to separate fees and are not included in the price control targets for medical services. According to the municipal health insurance board, municipal health-care facilities, whether public or private, are implemented in accordance with this policy. Private health-care institutions that are not part of the health-care system may use the above-mentioned policy as a basis for determining the agency's specific regulatory objectives and making them publicly available to society。
Plantation and tooth crown purchases will land
With a view to further reducing the price of materials used for oral cultivation, the national health and safety service has organized a centralized procurement of oral farming bodies, which has resulted in a significant reduction in the price of plantations, which averaged 55 per cent. In order to facilitate access to health care, the municipality will make public information on the costs of planting through the official website of the municipal health insurance board, which will include not only basic information on the names, addresses, etc. Of the medical institutions providing oral farming services, but also information on whether the medical institutions “are involved in the production of a collection” “are they committed to comply with the regulation of the price of medical services”, such as “the implementation of a zero-discretion rate” “the target value of specific health-care services” and “the increase in the price of the sale of planting materials”, which will provide supplementary reference for participants in the selection of the plant。
