Maintenance quality management system
Without quality, there is no benefit, and quality is a source of credibility for enterprises. In order to create a good business image among car users, it is essential that all staff members be of the highest quality and that a quality management system for maintenance be developed to improve the quality of services. This includes the following four areas: first, vehicle entry inspection system; second, repair quality management system; third, vehicle completion and exit inspection system; and fourth, after-sale tracking services。
(1) vehicle entry inspection system
Vehicles entering a factory must regulate relevant national and local policies and regulations。

Requirements for the repair process and means of implementation
1. Strictly comply with the requirements of the vehicle repair manual for repair and maintenance of vehicles, and there shall be no reduction of materials, no confusion, and critical areas shall be personally inspected or repaired by the major repairer in order to avoid quality errors。
2. Repairers shall endeavour to use specialized tools for decomposition and installation in such a way as to avoid damage to the spare parts as may be possible. In the event of damage to the spare parts resulting from non-compliance with the protocol, the repair quality accident, the loss of the spare parts shall be included in the cost of the class composition and shall be subject to a heavy deduction, depending on the circumstances。
3. Any repair vehicle must undergo a level iii inspection before it can be converted or removed from the plant。
4. The maintenance vehicle must be subject to a process inspection, which is carried out by the major mechanic, with the cooperation of the lead staff, to ensure the quality of each component and avoid return to work。
Iii. The warranty system

Problems arising from the quality of repairs that arise during the warranty period, which are thoroughly analysed as repair duties, must be returned to work without conditions and be subject to forfeitures in accordance with regulations。
(iii) vehicle exit inspection system
1. Vehicle out-of-plant inspection is the final and comprehensive inspection of vehicles before they are delivered to customers upon completion of their maintenance. Relevant national and local standards and regulations must be strictly enforced, and quality clearances must be maintained in accordance with the technical requirements of the original plant, ensuring the quality of the repairs and safeguarding user interests。

2. Vehicles whose repairs have been completed must be inspected by the plant master inspectors
1. The general inspection officer must conduct tests for maintenance projects and content items, strictly report customs clearances and, in the case of non-reparable or unsatisfactory projects, order the shift team (persons) to return to work in a timely manner, and record them accordingly, before signing confirmations after certification;
2. The master inspector must record the presence of the out-of-plant vehicle and make recommendations for repairs; or maintain it in order to alert the customer。
3. Verification of vehicles ' equipment and accessories, as well as technical files, driving licences, etc., based on records of vehicle entry inspections for maintenance, timely follow-up of missing items and reporting to the competent authority。
3. Vehicles that are certified to be ready to leave the plant shall be fully cleaned and then parked in a designated area, and their driving licences, locks and all technical documents provided to users shall be handed over to the regulator。
The regulator shall inform the department and the salesman in a timely manner of the settlement and prepare documents, etc., and then the operator shall notify the user of the call。
5. The pick-up operator takes the lead throughout the repair process by sending the customer's views and requests accurately to the maintenance team and following up on the progress of the repairs; prior to the transfer of vehicles to the guest room, it should be determined that the room maintenance project has been fully completed or that it is proposed to be reinstated。
(iv) follow-up services after work is repaired
Upon completion of the repairs, the vehicle will be submitted by the clearing officer to the room services department for details of the guest house, which will, within a week, conduct a telephone tracking check of the outgoing vehicle, obtain information on the usage of the guest car after leaving the factory, and record feedback on the guest house, such as finding problems and agreeing with the owner to return to the factory, delineating responsibilities, weekly statistical telephone queries by the room services department, reflecting the situation to the leadership, proposing improvements and adjusting working methods in a timely manner。
Maintenance quality assurance system
1. Vehicles entering the plant shall be maintained strictly in accordance with the procedures laid down in the motor vehicle level ii maintenance procedure, and the requirements set out in jt/t201-95 of the vehicle maintenance process code shall be met by the vehicle leaving the plant after maintenance。
2. The system of quality assurance for the completion of vehicle maintenance at the plant, which, at the request of the ministry of transport, provides for the maintenance of the quality of vehicles eligible for exit from the plant as follows: (1), 15 days of secondary vehicle maintenance or 1,500 kilometres of travel. 2) 7 days of minor repair of vehicles or 700 kilometres。
3. Vehicles shall be used reasonably during the quality assurance period and periodically inspected, and in the event of failure of the vehicle or damage to the aircraft as a result of the quality of maintenance, the responsibility of the unit shift team shall be assigned to notify the unit of repair required for long journeys to be handled jointly or at the local maintenance plant
