This is an era of cars flying into the homes of the people. Many car owners want to add a little bit of knowledge of vehicle maintenance to avoid a breakdown. Market demand has changed and more and more cars have been upgraded to more accessible and self-contained auto-sputler cars. There's a mistake. The maintenance of the auto-sputner is more difficult, and in practice it is not difficult to maintain it as long as the owner is willing to do it himself and has some skills. With regard to the maintenance and maintenance of automatic sputners, there are generally several steps:
1. Inspection of automatic transformer oil. The general maintenance staff, because they do not have detection equipment, can only judge from the appearance, can use their fingers, can feel viscosity, can smell the smell through their noses, and should replace new oil if it has changed colour or the smell of burning。
2. Replacement of automatic transformer oil. (1) the vehicle operates at an automatic transformer temperature of 70-80 degrees and then stops to turn the engine off. (2) dismantling the oil bolts on the oil floors of the automatic transformers and purifying the hydraulic fluids, and if the oil bolts are not on the oil floors of the automatic transformers, the oil casings shall be removed and then released. (3) purge and wash the oil inside the shell, if any, with filters. (4) dismantling of the hydraulic oil-dispersor mains and blowing them back to their original position with compressed air. (5) reload the shell. (6) the hydraulic fluids recommended in the original plant or instructions are added from the refuelling vent. (7) start the engine and check the surface height of the oil shall be within the specified engraving. (8) vehicle movements keep the automatic transformer hot and re-inspect the surface height until the requirements are met, so that the automatic transformer oil is replaced. This method can replace only about 60 per cent of the oil and cannot completely clean it. Therefore, to be completely clean, the oil must be replaced by a cycler, which is based on the use of a gas pump to drive the machine, so that new and old transformer oil can be exchanged and eventually pressured out, an approach that can replace 80 to 90 per cent of the oil, which is more thorough and extends the maintenance time of the automatic transformer。
3. Check the manual block. The manual block structure, from the selection pole to the manual valve, is connected by a pole or pull line and is adjusted. The position of the handle should correspond to the position of the spring card in the automatic transformer and be adjusted if not. Adjustments to manual block structures are often ignored, and sometimes when automatic transformer repairs are completed, the absence of an adjustment to block structures leads to excessive shocks and even accidents。
4. Adjustments to the brake belt. The brake bands of the automatic transformer shall be adjusted to compensate for normal wear and tear. The adjustment of the brake belt shall be in accordance with the technical requirements of the manufacturer, and the adjustment may be judged by road tests. The position of the operation adjusted by the brake belt varies depending on the shape of the transformer。
Block brake performance check. The stop on the ramp should be pulled into the p slot, at which point the brake pedal should be released and the vehicle should not be able to slide down. If the block is to be removed from the p position, it should be borne in mind that the brake pedals must first be stepped down, otherwise they will not be removed, and therefore maintenance should be checked when the brake is not functional。
Maintenance is better than maintenance and better than purchase. Not only can the proper maintenance and use of speed transformers avoid or reduce the occurrence of malfunctions, but they also reduce fuel consumption, pollution and vehicle usage costs
