Don't buy short-wave blue light

The part above that draws the red circle is the "short wave blue light" that spreads through the led light. Glasses, cellular membranes, etc., promote their "blue-proof" function against "short-wave blue-light" that harms the eyes and only short-wave blue-lights, not all of them。

Because of the speed of the flash, the naked eye may not see it, but it can be felt。
There's one way to help you see the flash:
• take a piece of paper (or other flat things) close to the lamps (10-20 cm). Open the camera on the phone and use it to film this paper so you can see the image below

In addition to being simple, attention should be paid to the material of the lamps. At present, seven main types of materials are common on the market and are ranked according to their capacity:

Three basic parameters for lamps are brightness, high-fingerprinting and colour temperature。

The brightness should be sufficient and it is recommended that not less than 100 lm per square metre. The power for led lamps is not less than 3 w per square metre. In particular, mobile phones are now viewed more frequently, their screens are brighter, and if the environment does not keep up, the eyes are vulnerable to fatigue。
Color index, not less than 95, and the higher the better (sunlight is 100). The obvious determines whether colour is visible, and the mall will deliberately lower it so that you don't have to pretend because you're too hard to choose。
The color temperature should also indicate, in particular, the lower the light. The twilight light makes people sleepy, so it is best to have about 5000k in rooms such as living rooms and study rooms, and the bedroom is not suggesting that it is too low, and it is best to choose a colory light。

We're all interested in energy efficiency. However, the efficiency of lamps has been neglected by many, but the level of their efficiency is also very important。
The first-level energy efficiency lamps are not only more power-efficient:
Level 1 energy efficiency certificates can only be obtained after 3,000 hours of constant power, constant continuous switch testing power, optical colour index, colour temperature stabilization test。

So “first-level energy efficiency” is equivalent to endorsement of the quality of the lamps。
