Proclamation of the reimbursable settlement programme of the jawan people's government
(this bulletin is the first one)
According to articles 47 and 48 of the land administration law of the people's republic of china, articles 27 and 28 of the regulations of the people's republic of china on the implementation of the land administration law, and article 37 of the jiangsu province land management regulations, a petition is made on the basis of jia [2025] the results of the survey on the status of the proposed expropriation of land and the social stabilization risk assessment, carried out by no. 9, are being published as follows:
Scope of collection
The land to be expropriated is located in the community of the balconies on the street of lake panan, within the three or nine groups of the balconies. The location of the land to be collected is detailed in the attached figure。
The actual expropriation of land is governed by the final approval documents。
Ii. The status of the land
Based on the results of the survey on the status of land to be collected, the current status of land to be collected is as follows:
1. The proposed expropriation of collective ownership of 16. 3528 hectares (245. 292 acres) of community land in the streets of lake panan. Of these, 2. 984 hectares of agricultural land (44. 76 acres) containing 1,1588 hectares of arable land (17,382 acres); 13. 3688 hectares of construction land (200,532 acres)
2. Three groups of collective-owned land (77. 2125 acres) are proposed to be taken from the community of valor shops on the streets of lake panan. Of these, 4. 8334 hectares (72. 501 acres) of agricultural land, with 3. 5855 hectares (53. 7825 hectares) of arable land; 0. 341 hectares (4. 7115 hectares) of construction land
3. Nine groups of collective-owned land (7. 281 acres) are proposed for expropriation in the community of the panan street valor. Of these, 0. 485 hectares (7. 281 acres) of agricultural land and 0. 3978 hectares (5. 947 acres) of arable land。
Purpose of collection
In accordance with article 45 of the land administration law of the people's republic of china, the purpose of this expropriation is to develop and build plots of land in need within the boundaries of urban construction, as defined in the master plan for land use, with the approval of the people's governments above the provincial level and with the approval of local people's government organizations above the county level。
Iv. Methodology and standards
1. Land compensation and settlement assistance rates, in accordance with the municipality's circular on re-publication of the standard for integrated land prices in the quezhou expedition area
(no. 2023 and no. 11)。
2. In the case of rural villagers ' homes and other houses, they are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the compensation scheme for the expropriation of collective land houses by xuzhou city (order no. 146 of the people's government of xuzhou city), as provided for in the programme for the reimbursing of houses for the renovation of retired places in villages in the wajo community city, jawan district (a draft consultation)。
V. Targets, modalities and social security
This expropriation involves the resettlement and social security of conscripted farmers in accordance with the social security scheme for retarded peasants in jiangsu province (srsp)
The provisions of [2021] 87 are implemented. Placement grants for persons under 16 years of age who do not participate in urban or rural social security as conscripted peasants are paid in full by the people's government of jawan。
Other matters
This bulletin is published on the people’s government portal in the district of jawan (http://www. Xxjw. Gov. Cn/) and on the streets of panan lake and the waffle community in which the rural collective economic organization involved in the expropriation of land is located, within the framework of the third and ninth groups of the valorous community。
2. Any objection to the local compensation settlement programme shall be submitted within 30 days from the date of publication of this bulletin (as of 13 october 2025), and written observations signed or stamped by their actual names shall be submitted no later than five working days after the expiration of the notice. Submitted at room 305, south building, construction in the jawan district (contact: lee jie ho; tel: 0516-68386168; eds: 221011). Written comments are sent by mail on the date of the posting stamp. The written observations should be clear and specific, and should be made clear that the programme of compensation and resettlement in the field is incompatible with the law and regulations. Failure to submit written observations within the prescribed time is considered to be without objection。
3. If the members of the rural collective economic organization, who are the majority of those who have been expropriated, believe that the programme of compensation and resettlement in their own land is not in accordance with the law or regulations, or if the members of the rural collective economic organization, who are not in the majority but have partially been expropriated, believe that the programme is not in conformity with the law and regulations, the people's government at the level of jawan will, in accordance with the law, organize a hearing and inform them otherwise。
4. The owner or owner of the land to be expropriated shall, within the period specified in this proclamation, be from 13 to 2025
On 13 october 2004, the certificate of ownership of real estate was sent to the pan-ann street office of jawan district (contact: feng tao; telephone: 0516-68005977) for registration of compensation. If the owner of the land or the owner of the land fails to register the compensation in due time, the compensation shall be based on the results of the land status survey。
