Recruitment process

Registration takes the form of online delivery of curricula vitae and on-line accreditation。
1. Date of registration: 23 march 2026, 09:00 to 16:00, 29 march 2026. Non-recruited material is inadmissible。
2. Candidates are posted on the university of science and technology recruitment system (https://ehr. Xust. Edu. Cn/n/s/869b1093) and attached materials are uploaded。
3. A candidate whose information is not in accordance with actual practice or is false is disqualified from applying if proven。
(iii) eligibility
The number of job offers is less than 1:3 and the number of candidates who have passed the qualification is reduced accordingly。
(iv) on-site audit confirmation
The eligibility examiners are required to submit the originals of the above-mentioned registration materials, conduct on-site audits to confirm and sign a commitment of good faith. (v) examinations
Examinations include written examinations, interviews and psychological tests。
1. Written examinations: written examinations are organized in a unified school and conducted in closed paper form. The main elements include work-related theoretical knowledge, policy documents, expertise, operational competencies, and a minimum performance control score of 60 points (100 points)。
Interviews and psychological tests: high-to-low-low-level selection of interviewees, based on a ratio of one to three job offers. Interviews are conducted in a structured manner, with 100 points. Interviews and psychological tests are organized in schools。
(vi) medical examinations and visits
The overall results of the written examination and the interview are determined on the basis of the 6:4 scale, from high to low scores, and the medical examiner on the basis of the 1:1 ratio. Examination of the ideological, moral and practical situation of persons entering the examination, re-examination of eligibility conditions, and access checks for teaching staff。
(vii) publication
During this period, a proposed candidate who does not meet the conditions for recruitment to the school will be disqualified if proven. The proposed candidate is required to undergo a medical examination within a specified period of time。
(viii) employment
Once a candidate for appointment has been identified, an employment agreement is concluded in accordance with the relevant procedures, which is considered to be an automatic waiver of eligibility。

Employment management
