The third is to insist on reform and enhance the dynamism of high-quality development dynamics。
The fourth is to maintain openness to the outside world and promote multidisciplinary cooperation for win-wins。
Fifthly, there is a commitment to coordinated development that promotes urban-rural integration and regional linkages。
Six is to push for a full green transformation by insisting on “two carbon” leadership。
Seven is to insist that people live and work hard for the people。
Eighth is to stay on the bottom line and actively address risks in the focus areas。
