Seven financial assistance institutions, such as the chandong chun xiao kindergarten in the coastal district of hangzhou, which is part of the department of education in the gao xinang region, are publicly recruiting 21 teachers for work needs. In accordance with the regulations on the personnel management of establishments (state council decree no. 652), the regulations on the implementation of the provisional regulations of the ministry of national personnel for the public recruitment of personnel in establishments are being implemented. I. Recruitment units and posts

Ii. Areas and conditions
(i) recruitment to two categories:
1. An in-service teacher means an in-service or non-career teacher。
“pedagogical staff on board” must meet one of the following conditions: (1) high-quality teachers with intermediate and higher titles and with comprehensive honours at the district level and above; (2) post-graduate degrees and master's degrees and above; (3) hangzhou urban areas (i. E. Upper city, lower city, jianggan, villa, west lake, chandong new, xiaoshan, yuhang district) are working as public teachers。
Non-professional teachers are those who are domiciled in hangzhou city and are teaching in hangzhou city (i. E. Upper city, lower city, gangang district, cave, west lake region, gao xin (marin river) region, chandong district, xiaoshan region, yu hang district)。
2. Current graduates: 2020 graduates of general higher education institutions, general higher vocational technical institutes and graduates from 2019 who have not yet been first employed. It is necessary to meet one of the following conditions: (1) graduate students; (2) the top 50 per cent undergraduate graduates of general higher education; (3) undergraduate graduates of zhejiang teacher training university, hangzhou teacher training university, zhejiang foreign language school, zhejiang music school; (4) undergraduate graduates of hangzhou city; (5) undergraduate graduates of pre-school education in general higher education; and (6) undergraduate graduates of special education in general higher education. In addition, persons who have received an extra-national degree from 1 june 2018 to 31 may 2020 and who have completed the accreditation of the ministry of education for academic degrees and degrees, and who have been returned to their country of origin or a master's degree or higher in hangzhou city, who have not yet completed their studies, may apply for an examination on the basis of their corresponding graduates。
(ii) recruitment conditions

A teacher's qualification certificate and a certificate of rank in mandarin, as applicable (required teacher requires level ii and above). According to the circular of the ministry of human welfare, the ministry of education and others, on the implementation of some of the “first-on-job, second-validation” phase measures to address the effects of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic (dds 2020) (b) specific requirements, such as the following: (a) the 2020 class of graduates applying for the post of teacher (excluding vocational courses) must not require a teacher's qualification and a master's degree in mandarin, but must obtain an applicable teacher's qualification and a master's degree in mandarin for a trial period of one year; (b) the 2019 and 2020 postgraduate studies must not require a teacher's qualification and a master's degree in mandarin for a period of two years; (3) the other recruits must apply for the post of teacher with the applicable teacher qualification certificate and the master certificate in mandarin。

If the recruitment officer does not pass during the registration period, the applicant may change his/her place or post; the time of registration is not subject to change。
During this recruitment process, each candidate is limited to one post in one unit。
In-service teacher registration is subject to a certificate of consent to the examination, which is stamped by the parent office。
(ii) first instance qualification
Time: 0900 hours 1 june 2020 - 1700 hours 2 june 2020。
Recruitment units conduct first-instance examinations and confirm those who pass them online. Post-validation candidates are no longer eligible for reassignment. The conditions for eligibility are explained by the recruitment unit and its competent authority. The reasons were not communicated at first instance to the person。
(iii) publication of non-application posts
On 3 june 2020, there was an announcement on the hangzhou education network (hanzhou education network) and the government portal of the coastal region (länder government portal) of the failure to open and reduce jobs. For posts where the number of applicants is less than three times that of the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan is not applied in principle or reduced as appropriate. The results of the first instance review of applicants who had applied for non-candidate positions were adjusted to fail。
(iv) online adjustment of registrations

Recruitment units do not conduct online eligibility reviews for first-instance qualifications and confirm those who pass the qualifications online. The eligibility review did not pass without re-enrolment。
(vi) attention: examination information and materials submitted by candidates should be true, accurate and valid, or otherwise disqualified。
Examinations
The examinations included written examinations and interviews, each accounting for 40 per cent and 60 per cent of the total。
(i) written examinations
One of the subjects of the written examination is the specialization in the subject of the job offer and the teaching materials。
The time, place and form of the written examination are to be notified。
Those candidates who have been cleared for registration are required to obtain a pass at the office in which they apply for the examination on the day preceding the written examination。
Candidates are required to take the written examination on the basis of an examination and an identification card (which are not required)。
This examination does not specify an examination outline and reference book, nor does it authorize or commission any training course of any kind。
The results of the written examination are available for consultation with the applicant after two days of the written examination。
If there is doubt about the score, it may be determined within the specified time. The application for classification is submitted by the examiner himself to the recruitment agency, and the school is consolidated and assessed at the education department。
(ii) interviews
Upon completion of the written examination, candidates for the interview were identified on the basis of the high to low scores of the written examination, as compared to 1:3 of the recruitment plan. If the ratio is less than 1:3, the interview is based on the actual reference person for the job examination。
The pre-interview recruitment unit organizes on-site qualification. If a person included in the interview confirms that he or she will not participate in the interview or is disqualified from the interview, he or she may, with the approval of the district board of education, be replaced on the basis of a written examination in the place in question. The list of replacements is published on the government portal of the coastal region。

Interview results were divided into 100 points, 60 points for eligibility, and interviews for unqualified persons could not be included in the examination or examination。
At the end of the interview, the overall results were combined at 40 per cent for written examinations and 60 per cent for interviews, from high to low scores, and the target for examination at 1:1. If the overall results are equal, the high-performing ranking is given for interviews。
V. Studies and assessments
The study visits are organized by the recruitment unit. Vi. Publicity and employment
On the basis of examinations, visits and medical examinations, the list of persons to be recruited is published for seven working days on the hangzhou education network and the government portal of the coastal region. If there is no objection during the publicity period, the contract of employment shall be entered into after the announcement has been completed, in accordance with the required formalities。
A person proposed to be recruited is disqualified if he or she is unable to report, or if he or she is unable to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate by 31 august 2020, or if he or she finds other qualifications and conditions of employment that are not fulfilled。
The employment relationship is terminated if the general higher education institutions, which do not require a teacher qualification for the period of 2019 and 2020 (article 4, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the conditions of recruitment) are not able to obtain the applicable teacher qualification for the specified period of time。
Vii. Other notes
The employment requirements in the plan are based on labour (employment) contracts, social security records and the deadline for calculating the relevant working hours is 30 june 2020。
