Two sets of ticket-mechanisms to solicit public advice

As can be seen from the two sets of options, programme i is priced at a mileage rate of 0-4 km2; 4-8 km3; 8-12 km4; 12-17 km5; 17-23 km6; 23-30 km7; 30-40 km8; 40-55 km9; and an increase of 1 for each 20 km increase above 55 km。
