1. Design and synthesis of new medicines: synthesis and process optimization of raw materials and medical intermediates 2. Experimental implementation and analysis: completion of experiments, scientific analysis of problems arising from experiments in accordance with project plans and project group arrangements, formulation of reasonable suggestions for improvement or reasonable conclusions 3.
