The professional qualification examination for journalists includes two subjects, “practice of journalism”, “practice of journalism”, all of which are major, objective and mixed. The testee must pass all the subject to be tested within two examination years in order to qualify for the examination。
Ii. Appointment arrangements and procedures

The professional qualification examination for journalists (cpe) introduces a system of notification of commitment to sign up (hereinafter referred to as the qinghai people's examination information network). In accordance with the requirement of the notification system, the applicant is required to determine that he or she fulfils the requirements for registration, undertakes to fill out the information (including personal contact information) that is true, accurate, complete and valid, and will assume responsibility for the false undertaking, and signs the notification of commitment to the examination for registration of professional technicians (a sample of which can be found in the qinghai people's examination information network), and does not entrust another person or institution with completing the registration information in lieu of making a written (including electronic) commitment. The examination industry authorities and personnel examination bodies will verify the content of the applicant's commitment before, during and after the examination, which will be publicized through the qinghai people's examination information network and subject to social supervision。
If the information entered by the applicant does not correspond to the true information of the person concerned or if it is forged, altered or fraudulently obtained in order to qualify for the examination, it is dealt with seriously in accordance with the relevant provisions:
(i) before the examination, the examination organizer shall, if it finds that the applicant does not meet the conditions for the examination, grant him or her an invalid examination registration and shall not be reimbursed。
(ii) after the examination, the examination organization, in the course of verification or day-to-day supervision, finds that the applicant does not meet the conditions for the examination, and if the examination results are obtained, the examination results for the entire subject shall be invalid; if the qualification certificate or certificate of achievement is obtained, the qualification certificate or certificate of achievement shall be invalid。
(iii) in cases of serious infractions, such as the provision of false documentation or other improper means of obtaining the corresponding qualification or certificate of merit, are dealt with in accordance with the rules for the treatment of infractions in the examination of professional technicians (decree no. 31 of the ministry of social welfare). The records are entered into the register of the integrity of the professional technical qualification examination and are included in the national credit information-sharing platform, which provides the employer and the community with access to the relevant records as an important reference for the issuance and registration of the professional qualification certificate of the professional technical staff and the evaluation of their functional titles. Information on the examination integrity records are made available to the public, as appropriate, and the persons concerned are notified to their offices。
(iv) applicants are suspected of having committed crimes (including, but not limited to, forgery, forgery, trading in official documents of state bodies, documents, seals, forgery of companies, enterprises, undertakings, seals of popular groups, etc.) and are brought before the judicial authorities in accordance with the law。
Registration process

N. B. Verification of academic qualifications or degrees not passed or subject to on-site verification will not affect subsequent registration, but may be preceded by the completion of the test information and the required verification at the time of qualification. “unverified”, “needs on-site verification”, “not successful” and not used in the examination, may be deleted。
(iii) fill in the information for the examination: selecting the corresponding examination for registration online, the applicant must carefully fill in and check the information for registration (sure that the name, id number, level of examination, profession and subject are accurate). At the time of the general examination, the entry of a qualification and the length of professional service shall be subject to the conditions for the examination; at the time of submission of the exemption, the professional position, qualification and length of service must be satisfied。
Candidates voluntarily choose whether to register by means of a notice of commitment system: opting to register by means of a notice of commitment system, having only one opportunity to withdraw the commitment before the non-payment and closing of the registration system, withdrawing the commitment and not using the notification of commitment system, and direct manual verification (persons who have committed a false promise, who have committed a serious breach of discipline or a particularly serious breach of discipline, who have been placed in the integrity archive of the qualification examination and who have been in the record period do not apply the notice of commitment system)。
(iv) information confirmation: once the applicant has kept the registration information and signed the notification of commitment, the information confirmation step must be performed, otherwise the eligibility item will not be included. The applicant signs a notice of commitment (electronic text) electronically, which, upon submission, shall have the force of law and shall not be permitted as a substitute。
(v) qualifications: once the applicant has submitted the information for the examination, the online registration system will perform online verification of the conformity of the educational qualifications, degrees, studies, years of service, etc. With the particular conditions of the examination, and of the direct contributions that are passed. The system will automatically verify unsuccessful applicants, including those who do not apply or use (including withdrawal) notification of commitment to the examination, failure to pass the academic degree automatically (subject to the conditions of the examination), failure to pass the certificate automatically (subject to the conditions of the examination), failure to pass the certificate automatically (subject to the conditions of the examination), incomplete professional consistency, questionable work-years, and failure to accept the verification required by the examination body in the previous year, and will conduct web-based uploading of materials, which may not be approved, and request re-advertise the material or carry the original material for on-site review as required by the audit (subject to the audit opinion):

In order to strengthen the regulation of notification of certification of registration, if the information submitted by applicants for higher education degrees in the country cannot be automatically verified online, they should be certified/certified on the china higher education students information network (china information network) in time for registration, download the relevant online certification/certification reports in PDF format and undergo manual verification, which can be found in the question-and-answer column of the chinese personnel examination network. Other matters
(i) the outline for the professional qualification examination for journalists for 2025 is based on the outline for the national professional qualification examination for journalists for 2025。
(ii) candidates are admitted to the examination on the basis of valid identity documents (in mainland china: resident's identity card or temporary identity card, social security card for the period of validity; hong kong/australian examination candidates: residence permit for residents of hong kong/australia, a mainland pass for residents of taiwan, etc.); and other countries and territories: passports, permanent residence permit for foreigners, etc., any other document or photocopy, electronic version of the document cannot be used as a valid identity document) and a paper-based certificate. Identity information must be consistent with that reported at the time of registration and may not be entered into the examination. Candidates are required to take the examination with the examination equipment allowed on the examination certificate; the examination is administered in a closed two-hour period, with no entrance permit after five minutes。
