Mfc applications are windows-enabled applications based on microsoft base class (mfc) libraries. Mfc executables are usually divided into five categories: standard windows applications, dialogue boxes, form-based applications, applications with resource manager styles and applications with web browser styles. According to the options selected in the wizard, the mfc application wizard generates appropriate classes and files for any of the above applications。
The easiest way to create a mfc application is to use the mfc application wizard (the "mfc application project" is found in the vital studio 2019). To create a mfc console application (a command line application that uses the mfc library but runs in the console window), use the windows desktop wizard and select the console application and the mfc header options。
Creates a mfc form or a dialogue-based application in the main menu, select file new > item. > enter " mfc " in the search box, then select " mfc application " from the results list. Modifys the default value as needed, and then opens the mfc application wizard by " create " . Modifys the configuration value as needed, and then press finish。

This dialogue box shows options for the application type, set to a single document. Application type options include the selected tab document and the selected document/view architecture support. There are other options, such as project styles, resource languages, which are set to their default values。
Create mfc console application
The mfc console application is a command line application that uses the mfc library but runs in the console window。
In the main menu, select file new > item. > enter the desktop in the search box, then select the windows desktop wizard from the result list and then press next. Changes the name and location of the item as necessary, and then opens the windows desktop wizard by " create " . Select the " mfc header " box and set other values as necessary, then press " ok。
This dialogue box shows the type of application and is set to the console application (. Exe). Under other options, pre-compiled header and mfc header have been selected. When the mfc header is selected, the pre-compilation header is automatically selected。

Select " visa c++ " "mfc/atl " under the " installed " template. > if you do not see these, add the mfc/atl function to the visa studio installer. You can access the tool and function >to access the installation program from the vision studio menu... Select the " mfc application " from the central pane. Modify the configuration value as necessary, and then press ok。

The dialogue box lists the current project settings, such as: multiple document interfaces in tab format, no database support, no complex documentation support, a custom menu bar and toolbar interface, the visual studio 2008 application look, the visual studio project style and restart manager support。
Create mfc console application
The mfc console application is a command line application that uses the mfc library but runs in the console window。
In the main menu, select file new > item. > under the " installed " template, select " visa c++ " win32. > in the central pane, select the " win32 console application " . Amend the project name as necessary and then press " ok". On the second page of the wizard, select the " add a common header for mfc" box and set other values as necessary, and then press " finish " 。
When you create an item, you can view the created document in the solutions resource manager. See readme. Txt for more information on the files created by the wizard for the project.
