In 2025, the commission and the county governments firmly followed up on a series of policy-making deployments at the central, provincial and municipal levels, furthering the city-wide “manufacturing cities, cities and cities” and the county-wide “provinces”IndustryThe strategy of development of the strong districts and the arts and culture has made a comprehensive contribution to economic and social development and has yielded new results for high-quality socio-economic development throughout the districts。
I. Synthesis
On the basis of the results of the harmonized accounting of regional gross domestic product (GDP), the regional gross domestic product (GDP) for the year was 48,368 million yuan, representing an increase of 6. 7 per cent over the same period in comparable prices. Of these, the primary sector increased by 7,629 million yuan, or 4. 3 per cent; the secondary sector by 17,047 million yuan, or 7. 1 per cent; and the tertiary sector by 23,692 million yuan, or 7. 3 per cent。
The three industrial structures were 15. 8:35. 2:49. 0, and the contribution of the first, second and third sectors to economic growth was 12. 0 per cent, 37. 7 per cent and 50. 3 per cent, respectively. The share of industrial value added in the region's gross domestic product (GDP) was 20. 6 per cent, while that of manufacturing was 19. 0 per cent。
Total agricultural, forestry and fisheries production increased by 4. 4 per cent to rmb 13,946 million throughout the year. The value of agro-forestry and fisheries increased by 4. 4 per cent, or 8,395 million yuan。
During the year, 133. 2 million acres of food crops were cultivated. Of these, 454. 0 million acres, 7. 36 million acres and 80. 8 million acres were cultivated in early rice, summer grain and autumn grain, respectively。
Oil cultivation increased by 1. 1 per cent to 617,000 acres throughout the year. Cotton cultivation increased by 14. 8 per cent to 60. 3 million acres. The area under tobacco leaf cultivation was 1. 9 million acres, an increase of 2. 0 per cent。
Food production increased by 11. 9 per cent to 685. 3 million tons per year. Among them, 19. 15 million tons of early rice, 549 million tons of summer grain and 4388 million tons of autumn grain were produced。
Oil production increased by 8. 3 per cent to 7. 9 million tons per year. Cotton production increased by 16. 5 per cent by 4740 tons. Tobacco production, 2160 tons, decreased by 5. 7 per cent。
During the year, 76. 83 million pigs were found in the stock area, 762 in the number of pigs, 132. 51 in the number of pigs produced and 10. 27 million in the number of pigs produced。
Over the course of the year, new agricultural land was effectively irrigated with 2733. 33 hectares and new water-saving irrigation with 1666. 66 hectares. At the end of the year, 101 high standard farm construction projects were implemented. High standard agricultural land is built totalling 787,700 acres, of which 66,000 acres in 2025。
At the end of the year, the county had 1312,000 agricultural machinery units of all types, with a total power of 103. 14 thousand kilowatts, an integrated agricultural mechanization level of 88. 6 per cent, and the production of rice was largely mechanized。
Industry and construction
Industrial value added increased by 9. 0 per cent throughout the year. The value added of size industries grew by 13. 5 per cent, including mining, manufacturing, electricity, heat, gas and water production, which increased by 7. 3 per cent, 13. 9 per cent and 7. 2 per cent respectively。
Total profits decreased by 3. 9 per cent。
The construction industry grew by 3. 9 per cent to a total of $31,452 million. Construction grew by 4. 4 per cent to a value of $7,073 million。
Iv. Capital asset investments
Investment in fixed assets (excluding farmers) declined by 18. 4 per cent throughout the year, with state investment falling by 60. 1 per cent, non-state investment falling by 7. 8 per cent and private investment growing by 8. 5 per cent。
Investment in real estate development increased by 1. 1 per cent throughout the year, and the area under sale for commercial housing fell by 23. 2 per cent。
V. Transport and transport
Over the year, there were 58. 1 million passengers, an increase of 2. 14 per cent. Passenger turnover was 5. 881 million km, an increase of 2. 78 per cent. The volume of shipments increased by 2. 79 per cent to 4. 79 million tons. The volume of cargo turnover was 150. 0 million tons/km, an increase of 2. 63 per cent。
Total postal operations increased by 15. 4 per cent and total telecommunications by 7. 4 per cent throughout the year。
Trade and tourism
Total retail sales of social consumer goods during the year amounted to $15,139 million, an increase of 5. 1 per cent. This was a 12. 4 per cent decline in sales in the wholesale sector and a 19. 9 per cent increase in retail trade and a 21. 6 per cent and 30. 1 per cent increase, respectively, in accommodation and catering。
One foreign firm was registered throughout the year, making actual use of $42. 16 million。
The total number of visitors to and from the country during the year was 4,789. 53 million, an increase of 11. 73 per cent, and a total of 4,418. 64 billion yuan, an increase of 12. 35 per cent。
Vii. Finance and finance
Total fiscal revenue for the year fell by 10. 08 per cent to 2,135 million yuan. Local general public budget revenue of rmb 1,605 million decreased by 11. 94 per cent. Local tax revenues fell by 11. 37 per cent to 1,152 million yuan. The general budget expenditure was $6,484 million, a decrease of 7. 35 per cent。
At the end of the year, the balance of the various deposits of the financial institutions was $56,588 million, an increase of 10. 1 per cent. The balance of the loans rose by 6. 0 per cent to 31. 15 billion yuan. The credit balance ratio was 54. 8 per cent。
Education and science and technology
At the end of the year, the gross enrolment rate was 94. 5 per cent for the three pre-school years and 97. 6 per cent for inclusive kindergartens. The net enrolment rate for children of primary school age and for children of lower secondary school age is 100 per cent。
At the end of the year, there were 72 new technology enterprises in cugo, and the value of high-technology industries increased by $3. 85 billion。
Throughout the year, 201 patents were authorized (27 for inventions, 82 for practical innovations and 92 for visual design); 175 for effective inventions; 59 for high-value inventions and over $80 million for collateral financing of patents。
Public services and health
The county has 1 radio station, 1 television station and 15,000 cable television users, with 99. 0 per cent radio and television coverage。
At the end of the year, there were 11 district health-care institutions, 27 county (centre) health centres, 4 private hospitals, 73 clinics (health clinics, dispensaries), 445 village health units and 3711 health technicians。
In 2025, the birth rate was 7. 17 per thousand and the mortality rate 7. 33 per thousand。
XPeople's lifeLevel and social security
At the end of the year, the resident population of the county was 754. 3 million, of whom 38. 11 million were urban and 37. 3 million were rural. The urbanization rate is 50. 52 per cent。
The annual disposable income for the entire population was $39866, an increase of 5. 4 per cent. The per capita disposable income of urban residents is $48567, an increase of 4. 5 per cent. The per capita disposable income in rural areas is $33872, an increase of 5. 5 per cent。
At the end of the year, 50780,000 people were covered by old-age insurance for urban and rural residents throughout the county, 621 million by enterprise old-age insurance, 171,000 by social insurance for institutional enterprises and 447,000 by employment injury insurance. Unemployment insurance is paid in the amount of $4. 5218 million throughout the year。
Xi. Environment and emergency management
Three hundred and thirty-three days of good air quality throughout the year, with a 94 per cent improvement rate. 100% water quality achievement rate for category iii or higher. The rate of sewage treatment in rural areas is 51. 2 per cent。
The number of safe labour accidents decreased by 12. 0 per cent throughout the year。
