When many teachers choose publishers, they have a confused mind: what kind of publisher does it really work? The bigger the publisher, the better? What's the beginning of "belga press"
If these questions are not clear, the book is out, the title is handed over, the examiner says “the publisher's level is different” and the year's work is wasted. Let's get this straight today。

The distinction between “national” and “provincial” is mainly between the regulatory reporting lines of publishing houses。

In short: central-level, ministry-directed publishing houses are usually classified as “national”; the publishing houses run by provincial and municipal press and publications offices are usually classified as “provincial”。
But here's a key point: not all units make rigid distinctions between the national and provincial levels. Some require only “regular publishers”, regardless of level; some have different points at the national and provincial levels; and very few only recognize “better publishers” or publishers in specific directories。
So it is the same old saying: "all shall be judged according to the latest title of your unit."。
What's "breager press"? Does it matter
The "breague press" is an honorary title in the industry, known as the "national unit for the publication of the books of the nation" and selected by the national press and publications agency. The selected publishers are indeed more secure in terms of academic quality, level of compilation, social impact, etc。
But you have to note that in the evaluation documents of the job titles of most units, there is no provision that “must be the best publishing house”. And if you're positive, or if there's an extra score in the unit's quantitative table for publishing, then it's true that you're getting more points from the bjp. But for most junior and middle-level teachers, “regular publishing” is enough。
After all, the selection of publishers is more important than fame. What you need is a publishing house that is “formal, efficient and secure for you to get your books by the deadline”, not a publishing house that is “high-profile, but slow in schedule”。
Finally, i would like to offer you one of the most tangible suggestions: to take your unit's title paper and find the column “academy recognition” and see to what extent the requirements for publishers are written. If only the words “public publication” were written, then the formal publishing house would be found; if the words “national level” or “better” were written, it would follow tuso。
