The following information is provided on the matter。
I. General requests
Through a series of diverse and informative activities, the promotion of positive energy has been enhanced, and teachers have been able to reach out and learn through a comprehensive demonstration of the spirituality of the teaching profession, professional education and teaching, as well as the educative spirit. To inspire a sense of professional honour among teachers, to guide them in the theory and practice of teaching a high moral character and an educator, and to transform the spirit of the educator into a sense of thought and action. To promote a culture of respect for teachers throughout society, to promote the dignity of teachers and to further promote a culture of respect for teachers。
Ii. Organization of activities
(i) creation of the “educator's spirit” column. The ministry of education, in conjunction with the mainstream media and educational media at the central level, will launch a special section entitled “educators of the spirit” which will focus on the quality of the messages that will be disseminated locally. Schools throughout the country are actively engaged in expanding the channels of communication for teachers of excellence and in innovative ways, making full use of the provincial media, educational media and the network of higher education officials, among other things, to publish and disseminate on a continuous basis stories, micro-videos and examples of the spiritual practices and examples of teachers who practice the moral excellence of educators。
(ii) the publication of good teachers'stories. The ministry of education, together with the central mainstream media, will continue to publish excellent teacher stories. Schools in all parts of the country need to deepen their efforts to discover first-line teacher stories and to raise awareness of the best practices of teachers, with particular attention to first-line teachers who have not received any honour at the provincial level or above, and to produce a series of good teachers'stories that are silent, selfless, dedicated and active in the education of educators。
(iii) launching of a series of excellent teacher micro-videos. Schools in different parts of the country need to take stock of experiences and vivid practices in promoting the spirit of the educator, and present typical cases in a timely manner, generating replicable and replicable practical experiences。
(v) an exhibition entitled “telling my children's tales”. The ministry of education has organized events in the form of "provincial recommendations - area shows - national exhibitions", which are held in conjunction with the national media teachers' festival. (vi) conducting teacher-friendly “sensual instant” short video collections. The ministry of education publishes a call for information for society, and a wide range of short videos documenting the warm interaction of teachers and students, teachers' adherence to rural areas, and scientific peaks. The collection will be featured on the ministry of education's government portal, the central mainstream media, and selected selected parts of the work to be produced as a micro-video album “sensual hours”, which will be made available on the internet before the teachers' festival. Schools around the country need to gather and present short videos in collaboration with relevant media。
Iii. Working requirements
(i) strengthening organizational leadership. Schools everywhere need to be fully aware of the importance of promoting the spirit of the educator and to give prominence to the spirit of the educator. The provincial education administration and the institutions of higher education must plan and coordinate their efforts, mobilize the different levels of the municipalities, counties (cities, districts), schools and colleges of higher education, and deploy and organize them in a well-organized manner to carry out their varied and varied activities。
(ii) innovative forms of advocacy. Local schools are expected to further enrich their activities by combining a variety of forms of publicity, such as news reports, feature stories, video clips and typical empirical practice reports, with the overall organization of activities. Actively coordinating the media and strengthening cooperation with the relevant departments, leading students, parents and all sectors of society to care for teachers and to understand and support teachers。
(iii) to ensure effectiveness. Schools in all parts of the country must take care to collect and organize the experience of the “teacher's spirit” campaign and actively engage in the exchange and dissemination of best practices through interviews, columns, micro-topics and general reviews, so as to make it an effective vehicle for teachers to become motivated and fully committed。
The provincial education administration, the departmental higher education institutions and the departmental higher education institutions are requested to submit to the ministry of education, by 31 october, a summary of the “educates of the spirit” campaign. The eight central regulations must be implemented with determination, with a view to reaching out to the grass-roots level, making savings and avoiding any disruption to the normal educational and teaching order。
